Wow. I went here with my aunt and uncle and the waiter was drunk and passed our pizza around to a few other tables before reaching ours, and by the time at actually came to us, it was cold. The drunk waiter, Nick, I believe it was him, gave us our pizza and then hung around the table for a few minutes awkwardly when we just wanted to start eating but he was still there… The pizza wasn’t even good! Then, when they were getting the credit card they also had trouble remembering who’s it was so anyone could have taken our credit card!

Just blew 43 bucks on 2 large pizzas. Worst pizza I have ever had. Zero flavor, not much cheese and just all around no taste… tasted like cardboard actually. Total bummer. Our family grew up near the original one on Pulaski that is yummy but this location is crappy and a total ripoff.

I always order for delivery here. Pizza is good and that’s the only reason I would go back. Service sucks big time. The way they answer their calls to how they take your order is just horrible. When someone answers a call with«huh» vs hello. You know you that this is going to be a hit or miss. Few times they didn’t answer for 30 minutes. I would rate them 1 for service 4 for pizza so this would give an overall 3.

I’m done with this place! Last night, Wednesday, I called at 7:34pm to get a pizza. Friends in town & it was their choice. The kid answers the phone & surprise! They’re already closed! 7:30pm for a pizza joint. Ridiculous!!! My doctors office is open later! I’m done!!!

Nick is a dick! Don’t expect to be treated with respect as a costumer here unless you are as old as his taint, and that one fat old wrinkly taint! Even if you do end up getting good service the pizza still sucks!

Tried this place out for the first time. Pizza was not too great. Especially since they claim to be the best pizza in the world. Service was ok I suppose but not great. Probably won’t be going back here

Walked in there tonight at 7:30pm and the waitress had to ask the owner if they were open. It’s 7:30 on a Wednesday why wouldn’t you be open? We were the only ones in the place and no one walked in while we were there. Waitress seemed like she was high on something. Got our pizza and got the hell outta there. Never will go back to this location.

Crappy thin crust pizza, they rushed us out even. though we had a full pitcher of beer. The waitress actually told us the owner wanted to close up early and isn’t going to sit here and listen to us chit chat all night. Will never order or go back there.

Went with a large group – had called ahead for a table. There was confusion about which tables were for us, and then after we were seated made one group(that included a much older gentleman) move from a 6 top to a 4 top table – very bad. Rest of service so-so. Pizza was good and cheap but anything else(salad, etc) cost extra, and was not really offered. Would not recommend.

Went for pizza at about 5pm on a Tuesday. Pretty good crowd of families, kids and oldsters. Décor pretty brutal. One little kid coming in with his mother asked: why are they decorated for Christmas? Italian lights all over and Italian memorabilia and pictures on the wall including of course the Godfather. Old fat TVs. Service was OK. Waiter seemed new. Could not answer some of our questions. Pizza was excellent. We got one sausage only and one with sausage, peppers and mushrooms, both well done. The crispy crust makes the pizza, but their sausage is good too. I think the less you put on this pizza the better. We enjoyed our sausage only pizza more. Maybe max 2 toppings is best. We also got dinner salads. Not much in it but their croutons are great — light and crispy, and the house dressing is a nice light vinaigrette. Bread was good too. They need a better selection of beer– no Italian beer like Peroni or Moretti. And we asked for a Vito and Nick Salad to go, but they said they could not do it. WHAT? No explanation. Maybe they don’t have the right size container because they did give us a dinner salad to go. I think the owner is cheap. Sits at the bar and watches TV. One telephone line for orders and to process charge cards, slowing it down. Old tables and chairs. No HD TVs. One small size salad carryout container. But the pizza is pretty darn good.

Fantastic! My family; even the kids, loved the pizzas, especially the sausage. The pizza is just like at the Pulaski location. The waitress was excellent. I felt like I was back in the old neighborhood.

The atmosphere was so-so. The pizza came out over cooked and dry with hardly any cheese, however they did put a lot of the mushrooms and green peppers. The bartender Jerry is very friendly and very talkative. Might try the pizza one more time, hopefully they can get it right.

I use to go to Lemont location which was owned by another family member and has closed. I need a Vito Nick fix so I gave this location a shot. I had a 2/$ 20 coupon on two large pizzas. I ate one at bar and brought home one. The pizza was very good, and would compare to old Lemont location or Pulaski road. The only difference I cold tell was the onions were chopped differently. The bartender was very good, and even recommended that I get other Pizza have baked to heat up at home. I will come by again.

Worst meal I’ve eaten since college. Seriously. I ordered for pick-up last night. I ordered 4 items: a chicken caesar salad, a chopped chicken salad, a medium pepperoni, and a medium italian beef with mushrooms. Seems simple enough, eh? When I arrived, I learned that they forgot to make the salads. I was told it would take about 7 minutes. Turns out I had to watched a bunch of high school kids jack around and not make my food for an additional 30+ minutes. It’s a salad, people, show some hustle. When my «meal» was finally ready both pizzas were burnt to a crisp, completely devoid of taste(other than burnt crust), and ice cold. The«chicken caesar salad»($ 10.95) I paid for didn’t happen. They gave me a small side salad. Had they only charged me $ 3.95 for the side salad, I would have still been pissed. It was terrible. The chopped salad with chicken($ 11.95) was full of shitty iceberg lettuce, served alongside what appeared to have once been chicken, had been nuked beyond recognition. I guess the 30+ minutes I waited for my salad was for them to eliminate all potential taste and moisture from the chicken breast. Mission accomplished. My meal cost me $ 46. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague, take 46 bucks to Jewel, buy the cheapest frozen pizza and a salad in a bag, and invest the rest. Don’t eat here.

My dad took me here about a year ago and I really enjoyed it. They have a great thin crust pizza that was good. We ordered a sausage/green pepper Pizza that took about 20 minutes to get to us. We were in there on sunday night so it was not busy at all. If your looking for a good thin crust Chicago style pizza this would be the place to get it. There were a few things I was displeased about this place though. The Bar is right next to the dining area. So we had to hear 2 drunks cussing out loud, while the bartender did nothing. I also found that the mens bathroom soap dispenser did not work. They also did not have any carryout meus, which i thought was odd. Anyway i would still come back to this place because it was good pizza.

I’ve been coming here for many years for the thin crust sausage pizza but not anymore. Terrible service. Use to be great but has gone downhill. Last couple times I ate here the pizza was burnt and on my most recent visit I sent my pizza back and the next pizza was burnt worse and we left after receiving a hard time from the waitress and the inebriated owner. My family spent a lot of money here and they lost some good and loyal customers.
