Loyola Center for Health at Hickory Hills

For the past several months I have noticed the carpets in the Loyola Primary Care facility at the Hickory Hills location lobby and patient waiting area are filthy dirty with mud, food stains, vomit stains, urine stains from the front door to the reception desk. Even in the children’s play area it was disgusting.
I sent 2 emails weeks apart to Loyola, put suggestions in their suggestion box, told the receptionist, mentioned it to the nurse, told the doctor, called Loyola patient relations in Maywood and nothing has been done.
I have visited this Hickory Hills location 4 times in the past 6 months and no one seems to care about the house keeping.
Even in the patient exam room, the walls have stains on them, left over adhesive on doors from old postings, torn leather coverings on exam tables, dirty floors.
When I come home after a visit to this Loyola Primary Care facility, I take off my shoes and wash the bottoms with Lysol disinfectant.
What a shame they let it get to this condition.
