Adding to my review. MICHELLE O. IS A FAKEREVIEWANDACCOUNT! ALSO, I HAVEOVER13YEARSOFDANCEEXPERICEWHICHMEANS I KNOW A GOODTEACHER/INSTRUCTOR WHEN I SEEONE. ANDYOUDEFINITELYWON’T FINDONEHERE. reposting my review because the owner had it taken down & you guys deserve to know the truth about this place! used to really like this place until it became really unprofessional… and trashy! my mom tried speaking to the owner to reason over trying to give my last two aerial classes to someone else because i cannot make the time to get to the class on time anymore. needles to say the owner hardly let my mother speak a word and began screaming and shouting at her. why? i do not know. i asked my mom to speak for me because she’s mellow and i’m blunt.(she kept her cool the whole time) the owner is nasty, rude and super unprofessional! keep my $ 50 it’s really not important. but the fact that you flipped out about it and you weren’t even loosing money was totally uncalled for! especially from the owner of this crap hole! ladies. the hot yoga classes are always super full to the point that you’ve always got some fat old lady’s behind in your face. they only offer one class a day. i don’t even know how they stay open. the floors always look dirty and most of the hammocks smell like a sweaty monkeys butt. the aerial swings are not safe at all! there is debris falling from the ceiling when ever you move and it always ends up all over you and your mat. pray that it doesn’t fall in your eyes! also, a piece from the rig flew out when i was using it and the«teacher» totally shurugged it off and didn’t even tell me to stop using it but i had to go to an empty swing coz it freaked me out. the aerial yoga«teacher» is not certified and basically learned w. e she tries to pull off in class off of instagram or youtube. she’s a pathetic excuse for a teacher.

Amazing yoga studio! The instructors are great and help you to perfect your poses without singling you out of the group or making you look like the«beginner.» Just started aerial yoga and I LOVEIT! The class and instructor are amazing! It’s a must-try!

Love this studio! My home away from home… my happy place! Ever since my first hot yoga class here 19 months ago, I’ve been hooked. Friendly studio with amazing, motivational teachers. Maria leads a pace that challenges my practice every time. Michelle has amazing tips and is always switching it up. I always leave her class feeling I elevated my practice to the next level. After a stressful day I can always count on Dawn for a peaceful and energizing workout and no matter how far I’ve come in my practice, Paulene’s hot yoga class always kicks my butt but I absolutely love it! No matter where you are in your practice the teachers at HOY will guide you along your way. They have reasonable rates and great packages. They recently started offering aerial yoga class and although I’ve only attended 2 classes its been an amazing experience, so challenging but so worth it. So grateful to continue my practice at House of Yoga.

I’ve been to several yoga studios and most of them were full of very judgmental women that would try to do the most difficult version of the pose more or less to show off to people. Although I really enjoyed yoga and found it to be a relaxing and challenging workout, I had thought about giving it up because I always felt so uncomfortable in the classes. That was until I found House of Yoga. I really, really enjoy coming to this place. The prices are reasonable, the classes are challenging, and most importantly, I feel comfortable during my practice. I don’t feel self-conscious or judged or anything negative like that. It’s just a really great atmosphere and a great workout. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress free, but challenging yoga studio.
