Vision Express

Really liked this place, the staff was really nice and so helpful in getting me the right pair of glasses. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an optometrist.

This was a «specialty» order. Vision Express had (by far) the best selection and prices I found for safety glasses. The person who helped me was very patient and professional. Store is much larger than it appears from outside. I would recommend to all!
For «regular» glasses (frames), they tend to be in the high end. For «designer» brands, their prices are competitive, but if you want less expensive frames, they have a more limited selection.
Overall, I’m a fan, and would go back!

Dr. Sheila Bartlett, was amazing. Kaiser Optometry did my eye exam couple of weeks ago and I ordered a years supply of contacts because of a deal they had.
To my dismay Rx was wrong and I’m stuck with a years supply of contacts for one eye. Dr. Sheila Bartlett corrected my Rx, and now I see better.
Thank you Dr. Bartlett, wish I had gone to you first, would have saved a lot of money.

Friendly staff, thorough examination

BEWARE!!! I have been a patient at this office for 2 years. I had my contact exam in November, the doctor gave me a pair of contacts that he said I should be fine with but to come back if there was a problem. Well I picked the wrong time of year to go in because I was extremely busy and didn’t call back to have my contacts rechecked until January.
These people won’t work with you, their excuse is always «you signed the form stating so and so».
So I would have to pay $ 50 for a new checkup, I asked the girl if she could give me a break because the doctor knew he wasn’t giving me the correct lens, but to try it out.
She said «you waited too long, now you have to pay $ 50».
Retention clearly isn’t a priority for this office. I will be switching. I know it was my fault, but its not like I called 6 months later.
Any how, take what you may from my review, I will not be going back to this office.

Avoid this place like the plague. The staff there was not friendly at all. Only the awesome girl that did my contacts measurement. She was great. Everyone else was so standoffish it was quite sad they ran their business like this. I had to purposefully engage them in conversation just to see if they would actually acknowledge the fact that a customer walked in. I heard about this place because my wife brought our 4 sons here. So when it was time to get contacts and glasses I figured this would be the place to go. WRONG. My wife did comment that the staff was not friendly but I decided to give it a go anyways. I decided to get my eyes dilated and after the applied the drops and I was waiting they decided to give me more paperwork to fill out… Very challenging to do. I was told my glasses would take 5 – 7 business days. On the 11^th day I called and was told it should be any day now. A couple days later I get a voice mail from them telling me to call them ASAP that there was a small problem. I called and the lady says we broke your glasses and we need $ 100 for new frames for you. I told her that my NEW frames should be free since they broke the frames I provided them. It got heated from there because she explained to me that its not their fault that they broke my frames… Then who’s fault is it? I asked do you have a manager I can speak to. She tells me yes I have a manager why do you need to talk to her? Well for obvious reasons I told her. The manager gets on the phone and she was extremely rude and snotty saying that its not their policy to provide replacement frames if they break the pair the customer provides. I told her that is not fair and not a good way to do business and to treat a repeat customer. She then tells me oh well, we told you about it and you signed a paper. I told her I did no such thing and no one explained to me that if they break my frames they will not replace it. She then says that it was the paper I signed when I had my eyes dilated. So I said to her that you got me to sign a paper knowing I could not read it clearly but I signed it to continue with my procedure the Doctor started. She then laughs and says that’s correct. I told her that I wanted a refund for the lenses which I got and I told her I will never return to this dump. She just lost 6 customers that day (my whole family). Please, if you’re thinking about going here do not. It’s not worth the time and the headaches later. If the merchant makes a mistake its their job to fix it and to honor their mistake. This place clearly does not understand customer service or customer satisfaction.

Staff went above and beyond to help me with my irritated eyes. Very helpful in all areas. Love that I wasn’t turned away like many other optometrists did. Will take the whole family here!

From the curb, this place looks like it’s going to be teeny tiny. Don’t be fooled, they have a massive office, and tons of frames. I was impressed with their pretty darn good selection, clean office, and nice staff. I didn’t end up finding what I was looking for, but I think this will be where I head back to when I’m up for my next eye exam. FAR better than the place I had my exam in 2011.

LOVE this place. They are very nice and will work with you. You have 40 days to take back the glasses and exchange them if you aren’t happy, which I didn’t know until I had to take a pair back! Kevin is really nice and will help you if your glasses need adjusting.

Vision Express was a good expierence. Was able to get an appointment same day, and the staff was very nice! I was seen by Dr. Bartlett, she was very nice and thurough. She answered all of my questions and gave me tips! I have very sensitve eyes and im alergic to normal contact solution, so she gave me so products to use for my eye care!
