Pacific Carpet & Tile

I don’t know what kind of negative experiences the other customers had, but it doesn’t come close to the professionalism and customer service I received. Which makes me wonder what company their talking about. Roger was polite, on time, and explained in detail all of the work that would be done and gave a fair price. He also maintained communication throughout the whole process. The tile work that was done on my downstairs floors, just shy of 1000 sq ft., was done on time and the results were outstanding. Armando and Mario’s attention to detail and pride in what they do was hands-​down the best. They were always on time, no complaining, just decent hard working people. I would highly recommend Pacific Carpet and Tile and already have.

I’m glad we decided to go with them in spite of their terrible reviews (The only ones shown by Unilocal unless you really look). Roger was very nice and explained everything in detail. They were quick, on time and thorough. They actually finished a day early. It is so nice to walk in my front door and see beautiful porcelain tile where the gross carpet used to be. The house is cleaner and I couldn’t be happier. The price seemed a bit higher than what I originally wanted to spend, but looking back I am so pleased with our purchase. Money well spent.

Zero stars!!! HORRIBLE customer service, and extremely poor workmanship that they try to hide and hope you don’t notice. A little over a year since they remodeled my house, and I am having to make non-​stop repairs,/touchups on everything they did. Dishonest and unreliable. If I had to pay $ 1000 more to use another company, I would pick the other company. I have a list a mile long of nightmare situations they put me through. Save yourself the stress and frustration… and the money!

STOP DON’T USE THIS COMPANY THIS PLACE IS BEYOND HORRIBLE everything was done substandard countertops were a ½″ from wall and had a crack also a chip back splashes cut crooked fit wrong and were different heights gaps everywhere left everything disconnected for days floors were no better poor workmanship base boards were latex sprayed plastic. paid for laminate and they installed compressed flooring, tile was sloppy these people are as dirty as they come when we asked for things to be fixed (keep in mind we paid upfront) the owners son comes with a attitude says the cracks are natural and epoxy is his answer for everything, if the cracks are natural why did they buy that stone. this guy did not even know the difference between a rock and a stone and has a problem talking respectfully to women .its been 3 weeks and they just came today to
install the floor trim and the guy broke the piece he was putting in now says 4days before it can be fixed
this place cannot be trusted absolutely nothing was done well and workers work dirty and sloppy with no regard for property or safety they left a razor blade in my front yard and I have small children. set up a tile saw on my new sod and left saw dust everywhere .it is amazing they are even in business.

These people are the worst! We bought and paid for up front a very small piece of granite to be used for a plaque (so this was a tiny job) Should have taken a couple of days to have edges smoothed. Two weeks later after they lost my contract, promised me it was finished then didn’t have it to pick up, I finally got it. They were rude and non comin irvine

Save yourself the frustration and do not go with this company! Our kitchen remodel was supposed to take 2 weeks and after numerous calls, texts, and threats, we finally had an operational sink after over 5 weeks and the job completed after nearly 3 months. The kitchen did turn out beautiful but we had to have constant involvement with every aspect of the project which was difficult because the crews spoke little to no English and our Project Manager was frequently MIA. If I had it to do over, I would certainly have checked references and discovered that our experience was not unusual for the company.
