Well we got a winner today. Everyone knows the feeling when a major part fails in your car. My wife and I were on our way to a important Doctor appointment for me when we decided to stop and grab a cool drink. Low and behold the water pump decided to give out today. My wife called triple AAA and that’s when our day improved, The Tow truck driver from G&M towing arrived promptly treated our car like fine crystal and very quickly we were off and ready to Go, In the 106 degree heat our driver Tim kept a smile the entire time If you need a tow in the high desert G&M really has their act together. I would recommend them to my closet friends

Is it normal business practice for your employees to take personal property from the vehicles you tow? I cannot imagine the Karma one will reap from stealing a working man’s tools. Good luck to everyone at G&M towing!

These people are crooks! A few years ago my car broke down. I had it towed here and told them I had a limited income and my husband was very ill so please don’t take advantage of me. They seemed nice so when they told me they would give the car a diagnostics test but that I needed to pay $ 200 up front I trusted them. A while later the manager called me and said the repairs would cost $ 1400. I called a relative who was knowledgeable about cars who drove up the hill, examined the car and told me the repairs were minor. The manager said he did the test on the car that would prove it needed the expensive repairs but when we asked to see the report he told me he lost it! He couldn’t produce it ! I began getting upset so the owner took us in his office. he told the manager to get the tests results, that’s when the manager admitted he didn’t do the test at all! I got my money returned but it’s clear to see what kind of business people they are! Beware! The star is for the tow guy very prompt !

Daniel, from G & M Towing took extra care in loading my lowered car. He is very professional and an asset to this tow company. Thank you Daniel for getting my car to the tire shop without any scratches or dings on my custom rims. Oh yeah, thanks AAA.

My handyman’s RV was stolen from my Wrightwood driveway. We are unsure as to exactly when it was broken into and driven off, as had been gone for a week or so. Reported it to sheriff immediately on finding it gone and they got it on the hot-​line that day, 4:21 PM, August 25^th. The Sheriff told me that it was found in the early morning hours of ⁸⁄₂₆ or ⁸⁄₂₇ in El Mirage and was towed by G&M at that time. I have a new droid phone and I can say with certainty that I checked for voicemail messages every two or three hours and there weren’t any… Until my phone beeped at 10:30 at night on Wednesday ⁸⁄₂₇ and said I had SIX MESSAGES. Messages were from both the Sheriff and G&M, saying that the RV had been found and towed. I immediately called the Sheriff and spoke with the deputy that had actually found the RV. We spoke extensively and it was around 11:30 PM when I got off the phone with him. The next morning, 8/​28, I called G&M Towing after receiving the delayed voice messages from both them and the sheriff dept. I don’t know how that happened the way it did because I did not receive the recovery report, only the SBC Sheriff’s theft report.
All of that being said, I have worked in the auto biz in garages, towing companies, wrecking, storage, impound and salvage yards and I know how it goes down. They sock it to you for the drive out, hook up, drive back and daily rates. It is $ 257 AN HOUR for G&M to come out at night. It must have been a little more than an hour and a half at $ 60-​$ 65 an hour for them to get to the R.V., hook up, then take it back to their impound lot. G&M DID call, but I did not GET the call (s).
MY PROBLEM is with the ridiculously RUDE, SNOTTY and UNHELPFUL woman I had to deal with when I called for info. And said she was the MANAGER??? Everything else happened as per expectations and discussions as above. I just remain absolutely revolted by the way that woman treated traumatized, victimized and stressed out people calling to find out about their broken or stolen vehicles. She shrieked at me to GOOGLE their address when I asked her to repeat it because she spoke so fast and huffy I couldn’t get it?! Not everyone knows how to GOOGLE. Not everyone that knows how to Google knows how to spell Eureka. She hung up on me AGAIN! Whaaat? I called back and really told her off. She should NEVER be allowed to deal with customers and, as for being THE MANAGER?!? She should be FIRED! I told her I was coming out there and she had better hide their business licenses and permits because I was going to tell the owner about this experience. OF COURSE she hung up on me again. FINE.
I was able to Google it and drove the RV owner directly to G&M FROM L.A.
On arrival we were intercepted by a fellow named Terry. NOT HER. But she had told Terry whatever, so he was waiting for us. Business with Terry was cordial, fine and helpful. We got everything settled. However, I realized on the way home that NOTHING WAS SIGNED OR WRITTEN OFF??? All verbal promises.
Back to that miserable creature that answered G&Ms phone. She had better be the owner or his wife. She sure as heck is a waste of oxygen as a HUMAN!!! She should NEVER be at the end of a phone line in this business. What a rude, thoughtless, nasty, harridan!!! BETTER PEOPLE ARE LOOKING FOR WORK: FIRE HER AND HIRE SOMEONE WITH A GRAIN OF COMPASSION AND CARE!!!
That stolen R.V. was a working handyman’s HOME and now it is TRASH. HE IS DEVASTATED BY THE LOSS, but had to sign it over to G&M in order to satisfy all claims against him… damages for having been ROBBED of the only thing he had!
ALSO, PLEASE NOTE that yesterday, 8/​28, G&M’s TERRY stated that if the owner gave G&M the title to the RV they would not pursue him for COLLECTION of any charges for towing, impound or storage.
Terry is from Kentucky (said so three times) and said that makes his word good. He said it did. I hope it is. Only time will tell.
Very unfortunately, in my car dealing experience, this is not an unusual scenario at all with the towing, impound and storage business. This is why I give them 3 stars. I think that this is a fair report and a fair rating.
Anyway, it is all OVER AND DONE now. OR IT HAD BETTER BE.
UNLESS they try in the future to further strip a now homeless man to destroy him personally by coming after him for collections. DON’T TRY TO DO THAT.
AND FIRE HER.

Great towing service. My car broke down in the summer heat with my two kids in the car. This company responded fast. Waited only a few minutes! Two very professional, very courteous men rescued us and took our car home. Only took them a few seconds to get my car on the truck. The tow truck was clean and cool inside. Thanks to these guys, my car breaking down wasn’t an awful experience. Thank you so much guys. I’ll be a customer for life!
