I got my hair styled and make-​up done here for my wedding… AMAZING job by both people! I received compliments all day about what a beautiful job they did. I have been getting my hair cut by Lynn for years after experiencing some horrible cuts, he is an expert! Definitely recommend this place.

nice atmosphere, clean facility. The masseuse ran 30 minute late but didn’t cut into my hour massage time. The massage itself was average at best… BUT the mandatory 20% gratuity is uncalled for. a gratuity is supposed to be earned, not required.

I would highly recommend this salon and spa to everyone! The prices and service are far better than others in the area, not to mention it is more appealing to the eye. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I had my haircut by Lynn Leo, the owner and it was by far the best haircut I ever had. I also purchased a gift certificate for my girlfriend and mother. They were both equally as pleased with their massages and pedicures. My girlfriend even walked out with a scarf and a necklace from the retail area. They both really enjoyed the relaxation room and the service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I took a family member for a ‘60’ minute spa pedicure thinking this would be a great start to their birthday. We were both very disappointed in the experience. First, I did not get seen until 20 minutes into my appt time so I literally paid for 20 minutes of my foot soaking in water. The ‘massage’ was nothing more than what I could have received in a mall nail salon. However, I paid over twice the price. The 20% tip was mandatory so it didn’t seem to matter if my session was less than expected or cut short — they still got paid. Only positive thing I can say was that the atmosphere was very nice. Just not worth the $ 114 price tag for two people.

I received a Swedish massage today via a Groupon. The atmosphere is definitely relaxing and peaceful, they offer you hershey kisses throughout the time I was there and this was a definite plus!
The massage was done by Tanya and she started by asking if I like lighter or more firm touches. I typical opt for deep tissue massages but since this was a groupon that offered Swedish, I wasn’t expecting anything more than that. However to my surprise– when I said I like more firm, she offered to do that instead of the lighter touches associated with a Swedish massage.
The massage was relaxing as I expected it to be. The spa does require a 20% gratuity, I tipped more then that because I thought she deserved it. The experience I had far exceeded the experience I had at the Hershey Spa.

Just got a spa pedicure using a groupon. It was OK. The expert was OK. She didn’t really scrub down my heals very well, and her painting job left some nail polish on the skin. I’ve had better. The foot massage was wonderful though. I also hated that for all spa treatments they have a required gratuity. I would have given the technician far less than the 20% gratuity they added on to the price. I’ve had better else where for far cheaper.
