Paella by Carlos is dedicated to bringing you the experience and flavors of Valencia, Spain to your own home. Carlos grew up watching paella being cooked and eating it with family and neighbors gathering at his home on Sundays.

Paella is originally from Valencia on Eastern Spain where Carlos spent significant time learning the cuisine professionally. The Paellas made by Carlos are authentic Valencian paellas. He brings to you the very taste of Valencia by recreating the flavors in different varieties of delicious Paella.

Paella cooking makes the party. Carlos cooks the paellas step by step at your location outdoors or indoors, and the experience of the onlookers who ask for tips and share the moment makes for great entertainment for your guests.
