I would really like to see VAPEZ carry WildWesElixir (Elmore Alabama) so I wouldn’t have to order it on line.

Stopped in a little while ago to pick up some new juice after getting «vaper’s tongue»
I’m pretty new to vaping, but this was a great experience all around.
Sales staff was polite and attentive. Found some flavors I really liked.
Will definitely be returning for my future needs. Sure, some websites can be cheaper, but being able to taste test the juice, get it right away, and that «personal touch» really makes it worth the extra cost as far as I’m concerned.

I stopped by here one weekend to pick up a new flavor of juice and the guys in here impressed me. I’m always a bit hesitant when I go into new shops to try out juices, but these guys made me feel like I was at home. They asked me what juice profiles I preferred, which got us into a pretty good conversation about cereal/​cream flavors and thanks to that, I picked up some Teleos Crunch which I am digging a lot.
For sampling, they have the typical ipad setup which lets you browse the decently sized selection. I probably sampled like 8 – 10 different juices while sitting there chatting with the guys and it felt really comfortable. No «elitist» feeling at all which you typically feel at the other shops in the area.
While it’s a bit further for me to drive, I’ll probably be coming back to this shop in the future because it was so chill. They have a good sized selection of popular juices and the prices aren’t too crazy for a b&m.

These guys are great. I’ve been to most of the vape shops in the area and these guys are the most helpful. They will rebuild your coils for free unlike a lot of places (but please tip the workers, don’t be a cheapskate) and are more than willing to help you fix your mod if its having problems. I have been a regular customer for over 2 years and prefer to go here for my vaping needs. They also don’t just try to sell you the most expensive thing they have, but instead they try to cater a sale to what you actually need. Other shops just try to sell you their most expensive item and send you on your way, but not these guys. That is why I trust them and highly recommend their shop.

No hassle, no trouble, no question. It’s the third closest vape store to my home but the first one I go to. My first visit there ended in a free coil without my asking for one. Today, I had some trouble with one of the coils they’d just sold me a few days prior which they replaced — and they gave me a new tip.
Their Caramel Moccachino and Moccachino are my favorite flavors — quintessential coffe style flavors.

Always a pleasure! Great customer service, never pushing you into buying things that’s you don’t need.
Will definitely return.

This is my store of choice. They have a nice selection of everything you’d need. Jesse is who always helps me out. Jesse has such a talent at building RDA coils. They will patiently let you sample every flavor in the store until you find just the right one! I highly suggest you stop in and see the friendliest folks around.

Recently, my wife convinced me to give up smoking cigarettes. The only issue is nicotine has become a part of my daily routine due to analog smoking over a pack a day. The very knowledgeable and attentive staff here helped me pick out the perfect starter vape for me. I go to my Vapez exclusively now for my vaping needs.

Really nice group of knowledgeable people in this place. I’ve been going to this store for the last couple months, or so, and the service just keeps getting better. They’re quick to let you try any and all flavors they have, and will give advice on everything if you need it.

1^st time to this place. They did everything right.
I was looking for a new battery for a vape pen. This place didn’t have the exact one that I thought I wanted when I came in. But they had one that was so much better! The iPOW2 is incredible!
LOCATION: I’m not sure you could find a worse location for this retail shop. Its tough to find (even with the advice I read about where it is located)
SERVICE: I thought was exceptional. I had read the reviews on Unilocal and saw that some people had issues with service. (So my expectations were very low — especially after having trouble finding the place). The guy that helped me out was knowledgable, and courteous and super efficient. The POS system is cool, the whole place is cool.
If you are offended or put off by people with tattoos and piercings, you probably may not like this place very much and you would maybe feel uncomfortable.
If I ever need vape accessories in the future I will come by here again.

About 4 months ago this was my first vape shop. I have been to a lot of vape shops and to this day this one is still one of my favorites. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, and a great ever growing selection of juices, mods, and starter kits.

What a great place to visit and buy supplies from.
I stopped in for some Okvmi Hautemocha and the place was jamming.
I was so impressed I even picked up a clear cap for my Mutation X.
Bottom line is, I was not pressured, and will certainly be back!

I wandered in not knowing the first thing about vapes and all the different flavors, and the staff was wonderful about being patient and explaining every little thing to me. The guy was very patient, let me try a million different flavors and answered every question. It was very difficult to find the first time but that’s because I didn’t realize it was upstairs! The staff has been very kind to my fiancé and his friends, they will replace anything that doesn’t work for free and give you new chargers if you need them. I love this store!

I walked in and was greeted. Told them i wanted to start vaping and they sold me my first started kit. work’s great and then had me try several flavors. thanks guys.

I have had nothing but the best experience at this store. I walked in not knowing a damn thing and Phillip answered all of my questions. He let try different juices, explained everything in detail. It was a great time.
I have been back several times and talked to just about everyone that works there. They were all great to deal with.
I have sent 2 friends and 1 family member there and all had a good experience.
They have a good selection of juice and the testers are a bonus. The price was good, I don’t feel ripped off. Sure you can get stuff cheaper on line, but face to face has its privileges too. Try asking a website to explain things to you.
The only down side is the location. They need more signs.

Twice i have gone here, and twice have I left due to elitist attitudes from the employees.
As an example, I came in with a VTR and a provari. I said «I would like some suggestions; I love the VTR but it only goes up to 15W, and if I want to use an atomizer that is too big to fit, I am forced to use an extremely ugly extender. The Provari is VV and not VW, and I was starting to do sub-​ohm builds and looking for some potential alternatives»
The guy behind the counter just stared at me for a bit. Then finally said «You should get the DNA30».
«OK, let’s do it» I replied.
«We just sold our last one, but our other store may have some in stock, you can go there.» (the other store is over an hour away). And continues to just stand there.
I stood there for a second waiting for a proper response like: «let me call them up and see if they have one, and if so, put one aside».
Nope. Just a blank stare.
«So the only alternative for higher wattage is the DNA?»
«yes…»
I point over to the mech mods, and while I know what they are and how to use them, I ask «what are these?»
«These are mechanical mods» was the response.
«How do they work?»
«It’s not variable V/​W» the response.
The store was empty except for 3 employees, 2 of which were just sitting at a table in the corner doing nothing.
On another front — their juice selection, while at first sight looks massive, is quite limited. Not to mention incredibly overpriced. Do you want nic levels greater than 14? Well, you’re out of luck unless you want pure tobacco flavors. (Actually, everything is overpriced)
I hate to say it, but this store gives the vape community a bad name. Never will I go back, and have been passing the word around to others to not step foot into this shop.
I do not foresee this place being in business for long. The only way to save this business would to rid themselves of the employees who just want to get rid of customers in order to sit in the corner and do nothing with the others.

Was very disappointed by my experience here. I read great reviews about the service provided, but service offered during my visit was very minimal.
First off, if my boyfriend hadn’t been here before, I would have NEVER found it. It’s on the second level, with very little signage except for in front of the shopping center, and once you get to a staircase.
There were two staff members present, and one other group testing out different juices. Instead of helping us, the two guys working decided to continue to focus most of their attention on this other pair, even though it was clear the guy who was working with them had it handled. When I tried to ask to try a flavor, I was ignored, which was very irritating. My boyfriend finally got their attention to try some juices, but by that point I was so turned off by the experience I had no interest in giving them my business.
I get you guys want to present a casual environment, but you can do that without ignoring customers as well.
Also, there were no 3 mg e juices available, which meant if you’re trying to reduce your nicotine level, you either have to do 0 or you’re SOL.
I’m going to throw in an extra star than I would like to give, because it seemed like the guys next to us had a pleasant experience thanks to your selective attentiveness.
