I’ve known Angel as a friend and Pilates Trainer for 15+ years. She’s an amazing person and a Pilates guru. I’ve taken Pilates at the gym, at fitness retreats and from others that have offered. She is truly the best of the best. Watching her do the moves is awe inspiring and something I really want to achieve. The Center by the Sea website says in 10 workouts you’ll feel different. Liars. It’s about 2. I leave feeling taller, stronger, completely worked but fantastic all at once. Pilates is great, no actually almost mandatory, for any athlete (especially with neck or back problems), people that sit in their cars and/​or desks for hours a day. It’s really for everyone beacuse it’s healing for your body and not abrasive but extremely effective.

Angel is one on the most motivating people I know! Give her a couple hours a week and before you know it, your body will change, your mindset toward your body will shift, and your spirit will soar. After a month, my back pain disappeared and my core grew stronger. After 3 months, my body became sleeker, straighter, even stronger.
