Planet Bouncy Inflatables

Man, I am so bummed by Planet Bouncey right now. Our kids helped us pick out the perfect bouncer for Christmas Eve. We called and made the reservation, no problem or questions.
The 23^rd, we get a message that the bouncer can’t be overnight in the front yard. We call back and leave a message that evening that we’ll need a smaller one to go in the backyard, we check the inline availability and give an exact mode.
7:30am the delivery guy shows up with the wrong bouncer. He tells us we can call and correct it, that he’ll bring us another bouncer. By 8:30am, we get someone from Planet Bouncey on the phone and change the order, but it’s up to the driver to bring it back. And surprise! He doesn’t want to.
Well, now I have two sad kids and one on the way with no bouncey house. So bummed by how this went down.

Our sons 5^th birthday was on Saturday we ordered the fire truck bouncy, super fun! Planet bouncy was professional and the equipment clean and smelled fresh! We also ordered the cotton candy machine which was so worth it!!! Highly recommend planet bouncy for our next party!!!

We recently used Planet Bouncy for our daughter’s 6^th birthday. We rented the Pirate bounce house, tables and chairs for adults and children. They were very professional throughout the whole process. They arrived even earlier than we had agreed and set up way in advance. They were very pleasant and helpful. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is that I wish the folding chairs for the children were wiped clean before they were delivered as some of them had food stuck on them. Other than that, everything else was perfect. I would definitely use their services again.

We rented a bounce house, generator, three tables and 20 chairs for a birthday party at a park. The jumper worked great. Everything was delivered and set up on time, but they were over an hour late picking up. I had to sit around at the park and watch the equipment for over an hour before the driver came to pick everything up.

This is now our 2^nd time using planet bouncy. First time, back in Feb 2015 for my daughter’s bday I was very pleased with Sergei. He delivered & picked up all the rentals & the bouncy home as promised. Everything went smooth & I was happy.
Naturally, for my son’s bday I went back to him (October 2015)… This time, I had a complete different interaction with him. He was not accommodating, was sounded rude & temperamental over the phone. I asked him if he could drop off the rentals right at 9 AM the day of the party & he was agitated. He said he won’t be able to guarantee any timing. His delivery guy showed up at 10 AM & assembled everything. I think his name was Erik if I’m not mistaken. He was also very temperamental & short with both my husband & I. He assembled everything very quickly & was out of here before 11 AM when the party started. Sergei had told me the pick up time would be at 4:30PM but when Erik came in the morning, my husband asked him if it’s ok for him to pick up a little later & he agreed to be back by 7:30 for pick up.
At 8:30 pm he still wasnt here, I had to call Sergei to inquire about him & Sergei did get short with me again, I had to give the phone to my husband because he started raising his voice.
To make the long story short, Erik came around 9:15 pm & just finished about 30 min ago. It’s now 10:37 pm.
My problem is not the service or the rentals. I think they have nice chairs & tables & cool bouncy homes. They offer fair prices on the rentals. That’s why I went back to them again. The problem with these guys is their attitude & the way they treat their customers. They come across very disrespectful & rude. It’s just not good form.

Everything was delivered and picked up on time. Equipment, tables and inflatable were in excellent condition and Dan did a great job setting everything up. Sergei was so easy to deal with. Would definitely use them again.

Best experience I’ve had from a bounce house rental place. Customer service was top-​notch. And the bounce house was SUPER clean! I was greatly impressed with this company and would highly recommend their services!

Great service! I forget the delivery guy’s name, but he was friendly and very thorough. The kids enjoyed the day and drop off and pick up were no problem. Thank you!

It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Sergei answered the phone every time I called with questions and he was very knowledgable and accommodating. We rented a water slide/​jumper combo and filled it with plastic balls instead of water. Sergei went above and beyond and provided extra padding to make sure it was safe and comfortable. The delivery guy, Eric, was fantastic. He arrived right on time and was super friendly and helpful. The spot we originally envisioned for the jumper would have put the blower right in the middle of the yard so he took some time and figured out a much better spot for it. I will definitely use this company again.

Words can not express what an absolutely awesome experience I had with this company. 1^st I have a VERY VERY difficult house to place a jumper on. I had been guaranteed and then rejected by 2 previous bouncy house companies before even when I gave them very detailed description of my circumstances. Not only that, those companies wanted to still charge me for the bouncer and were extremely rude from the reservation to the delivery.
Now back to the review of the greatest bouncy company in the world… My delivery guy, I wish I could remember his name, was the nicest and most patient man I ever met. Not one complaint and he worked his rear end off like no body’s business. Everything was flawless and I finally got the bouncer I wanted in the location I wanted. Afterwards they fully sanitized the bouncer so you know you’re getting a clean product. I’ve never seen that before. This will definitely be the only bouncer company I will use.

I’ve been renting bouncy houses for the last 4 years. Planet Bouncy is by far the best we have used. After getting through a slight complication with paypal everything was awesome. They are a one stop shop for table, inflattable and all party needs. By far the best delivery staff. Clean cut, and professional.

I’ve done over 5 rentals with Sergei and Planet bouncy and this time he failed me miserably.
We rented two jumpers today at our preschool’s annual jumper day. We’ve had them work with us the last two years and we were always pleased with their timing, efficiency, etc. So naturally we went back with them.
I reserved the jumpers over a week prior to the event and confirmed the day before the timing of the event. It was to be set up BY 9am as the event started at 9:15. I got a call at 8:48 by the delivery guy saying he was heading to a location in Manhattan Beach (which was my house), not the Gardena location where it was to be set up.
Fortunately, the gentleman was able to turn around and get to Gardena and set up quickly and was done at 9:30.
It was imperative that the set up was to be done by 9am as there was a strict timing that needed to be met.
On the event sheet that I signed on, it said meet by 9am, event at 10, pick up at 4 at just the location name (no address).
When I reserved the jumper, when Sergei called to confirm, I was very specific about the timing (to be set up BY 9am, pick up at 5pm) yet, to find the information all wrong.
I left a message to have him call me to discuss in the morning and no answer until I texted him later today when the pick up occurred.
At this point, I wanted him to understand that I was disappointed with his lack of attention to detail (when it was stated to him twice — and emailed which he claims he didn’t get thru his website). I had hoped in principle for a slight discount (a mere $ 10 – 15 would do the trick) and an apology.
However the reaction and the conversation with Sergei was VERY DISAPPOINTING.
Not only was he defensive (claiming that they were only 30 min behind schedule and his delivery timeframe is 8−9am), he got increasingly rude and voice raised as I repeated to him what I had requested. Even if he had told me his delivery time frame was 8 – 9, when I said I needed the jumper set up BY 9am, it was never reiterated to me that he could not guarantee a set up BY 9am. (Again, crucial to the event)
I explained he got a lot of business because of the preschool (parents have since then used Planet Bouncy for their kids birthdays), he continued to be defensive. I also told him that he could graciously ask what he could do as a business and to apologize. NONE OF THAT. I have been in customer service and I am a customer. I know what it takes to retain a customer and have good business ethics and he failed miserably on all fronts today. Such a HUGE disappointment.
To top it off, he HUNG UP ON ME when I told him that I’m happy to let all the parents know what terrible businessman that he was. That was it. I wrote a check for the amount minus $ 10 and called it a day.
Hope you all can find a better business to work with because in this small place called the South Bay, you’re not gonna make it with that kind of attitude.

Best prices, super clean equipment, prompt and friendly. What more can you ask for? I used them for the first time for my daughter birthday party. I switched over from another company that I’ve used for years because they didn’t have a frozen bounce house. I’m now using Planet Bouncy from now on. They are very friendly and easy to reach. They called me with reminders and were able to easily accommodate extra chairs and tables when everyone who we invited decided to rsvp «yes.» They set up tables, chairs and the bounce house for us. The equipment was immaculate… and I’m a clean freak/​germaphobe. They inspected everything for cleanliness as they set up and cleaned everything before they loaded it back in their truck. They also beat my other company’s prices.

This was the first time I rented a bounce house and Planet Bouncy was the right choice! Sergei promptly responded to my email inquiry (within the hour) and was very patient with all my questions. He was knowledgeable about the park we were going to be at and provided helpful information. We ordered the Frozen Combo and it exceeded expectations — this was the real deal in regards to an actual Disney jumper and not a generic castle with painted on stuff — it was exactly as described and pictured on the website. It was FUN, safe and CLEAN which made for a very happy birthday girl and all her 7 year old friends! Seeing my daughter’s excited and amazed face as the HUGE jumper went up was priceless.
The bounce house was delivered by Dan who was a pleasure to work with — he called to say he was onsite, was on time and he left his cell phone to call him as we were dealing with some rain so we can contact him. At pick-​up, Dan took the time to clean and sanitize the jumper before breaking it down. He informed us that this was how they did it each time.
Definitely recommend Planet Bouncy and will use them again for next time. Again, thank you Sergei and Dan for the awesome service, your attention to all the details are very much appreciated!

Overall good company and the bouncer was fine but we didn’t have the greatest experience for some reason. I am not sure if our delivery person was having a bad day because no one else seems to have had this experience. The delivery person arrived on time but to a different area of the park. Rather than calling me, he waited … and then insisted we move our party rather than having him move the bouncer. We refused because we’d already set up food and drinks. The delay meant that the bouncer wasn’t set up until nearly an hour after the guests arrived, which was a major annoyance.
The same delivery person, after setting up, said he’d be happy to take down the bouncer earlier if I called his cell. We ended up being done early so I called him. And I called. And called. His phone was off and I waited an hour for him to return.
Despite all of these glitches, he badgered me for a tip. All in all it was a very strange and uncomfortable experience. I will say that Sergei was very apologetic when I called him to complain.
The bouncer itself was well priced and very clean. 4 stars for the bouncer itself, 2 stars for the weird delivery experience.

We rented a Frozen jumper for our two year old’s birthday party and the jumper that arrived exceeded our expectations. First of all, it’s important to know that we actually called a little late in trying to reserve our jumper but these guys had what we needed. You should also know that this wasn’t just a generic «castle» style jumper with a Velcro banner, but an actual Disney Jumper (without the typical «Disney» price) that had a full-​on printed «Frozen» wall, diamond-​shaped windows and large snowflakes on the top.
John came and dropped off/​picked up the jumper and he actually took the time to clean and sanitize the jumper before packing it up in his van. This helped us to know that the jumper was indeed cleaned and sanitized for us BEFORE he delivered it. John said this level of service is always what you’ll get when dealing with Planet Bouncy. I’ll definitely be using these guys again for my older daughter.

Planet Bouncy is the only company you should use if you live in the South Bay! The pirate bouncy was clean & huge! Great for 11yr old boys. I should mention the best part. I was going to go with another well known company my son’s school used which was more expensive. Planet bouncy saved me money & they were awesome!

Sergei runs a tight ship. Ordered a bounce house for my son’s birthday party and I made the mistake of telling Sergei the wrong park in Culver City. I call him back and he replies: No problem. He gets PB’s insurance permit paperwork to Culver City Parks & Rec to go with our park permit on his own without my having to follow-​up. Day of the party, his staff member Mike shows up at the right park on time — I’m impressed (and relieved!).
Setup is easy peasy and Mike is outta there and back at 3 p.m. as promised for teardown.
Before the big day, I’d emailed and called Sergei a few times to confirm a few things — he’s a great communicator and very customer service oriented!
Need a bounce house? Look no further. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service! I ordered the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse bouncer for my daughter’s 1^st birthday party. The bouncer was a great form of entertainment for children 3 – 12 years of age. The bouncer was very clean, safe and FUN.
I would like to specifically thank Eric who was the person who delivered and picked up the bouncer. Eric was very informative and had an answer for every question I had. He executed the perfect example of great customer service! I would definitely recommend this business to my friends and family.
