Alex Smith SUCKSSS! Sorry for being so plain and simple but call the guy or read the previous reviews! DOESN’T care about the client he only cares about the money. Hopefully someone throws this guy to the curb. And answering your phone with respect no matter what your questions maybe annoying to you or not if you’re trying to provide a service suck it up cause you just lost a client buddy.

I just talked to Alex Smith regarding a property that my parents were interested. I contacted him directly hoping to see the property as we do not have an agent. He was very prompt at returning my call but I was extremely disappointed with him almost immediately. First thing he asked was whether or not we are going to purchase the property all cash. The more we talked I clearly understood that he was all for money. He wasn’t willing to show the property unless he can find out my parents were able to afford it or not because he is too busy to waste his time for something that might not make him any richer. He told me to talk to other realtors to see the property unless we talk to someone from Chase loan department who will let him know whether we can get a loan or not. I’ve talked to many realtors but this experience was the worse ever. Just because someone is looking for a small accommodation (cheaper) it doesn’t mean they don’t have much… You just blew a possible million dollar listing… Oh, may be it is nothing to you.

I feel compelled to make people aware of the offensive business practices of Keller Williams beach cities… I received multiple texts from a representative of this business, Alex smith 424−259−3830 trying to solicit on a number that is on the national do not call list which is not to receive solicitations. Even after I told him I was not interested and that it was a national do not call number he continued to not only text to solicit but harassed the number with phone calls. He lead a barrage of realtors to call the number which is also a work number Despite discovering that it was a work number he continued to call and block the line from victims of crime who use that number to get help. In fact, in his last call, I am told he was laughing clearly enjoying interrupting our business and inflicting intentional emotional distress. The other realtors were 310−308−8044, 714−215−9800, 310−613−1690, 310−798−1277, and 310−702−5501. In fact, it got so bad that a police officer suggested that I text him fair warning that a report will be filed for annoying phone calls if he persisted any further. Keller Williams should be ashamed for encouraging and supporting such business practices.

If you are looking for some one who really has your interest at heart, go with Cindy Annulli. She is an agent with Keller Williams, and has stuck with us for over year. We had a couple agents, but they didn’t seem to listen to us in terms of price range or get what we were looking for.
Her partner Moe is also great. He has great recommendations for the little other stuff you’ll need such as home inspector, contractors, etc.
