History

Established in 1988.

THK was established in 1988 by a man with a passion for his trade. We have been in business servicing the south bay ever since. Installation of custom heating and air conditioning systems in homes and businesses throughout the area including but no limited to Palos Verdes, Manhattan Beach, Torrance and even Orange County areas.

Our specialty does not stop with new construction. We have done numerous retrofit installations and have added air conditioning to existing forced air systems as well.

Tadeusz «Teddy» Kosinski was born in Poland and came to America with a passion to help people. Along the way he picked up a trade that he fell in love with, heating and air conditioning. Before he started his own company he was the lead HVAC guy at his former job here in the South Bay. With a good heart and a ability to diagnose just about any problem he became a clear favorite of many home owners. Being in the business for over 25 years he has seen it all and will be able to help you with your HVAC problems and dreams.
