The Cove At Priest Lake

The Cove. It’s one of the nicer places in Hermitage. I lived there for 5 years. The apartments themselves are nice and well kept. They are a little expensive compared to alot of other places around, but I think its worth it. I do agree with the loud a/​c units, but whatever it’s not that big of a deal to me. I still manage to sleep just fine. They have a effn magnificent pool area with 2 pools. Its like something from a resort and its always a good time there during the summer. Theres a nice workout area with treadmills and basic equipment. It’s connected to the laundry mat they have, but that crap is expensive as well. I never had any issues with any staff and maintenance was always quick to fix any issues that were reported. Parking can get a little tricky if you get in after 8pm. Sure there are plenty of spots, but who wants to park 3 buildings away and walk at night. Its not a well lit parking area. Oh, one last thing, this pet thing is starting to be an issue. People seem to think its ok to let their dogs poop & pee anywhere even on the sidewalks. The Cove is working on this but I think more cameras would be the best deterrent. Really though, this is 1 of the best spots in Hermitage. Very convenient location, tons of stuff to do nearby especially if you are outdoors-​type. Check them out! Ciao!

My family and I have been living here for about a year. It’s been a great year at the cove, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the property is well kept and we feel very safe here.

Very nice place to live. It’s quiet with the exception of the loud air conditioning/​furnace unit outside. The office said it was because of the cold temperatures but we will see when it warms up.
