Highlands at the Lake Apartments

This place is a terrible place to live. It was bought by new ownership several months ago and the quality of service dropped dramatically. The management is not pleasant at all. They act if you have any issue it is a huge inconvenience for them to be bothered and you have to beg for maintenance to fix anything. They don’t replace the bags for dogs waste as well as they don’t remove the waste from the waste stations very often. I had to call 4 times in a 3 day period to get someone to fix my A.C. as well as I put a work order in over a week ago for a gutter that is pulling away from the building and still have heard nothing. I suppose it will have to fall and injure someone before they take notice. The Managers they hire are not apartment managers they have done things like condo sales and we have already had to quit in less than 4 months. They have raised the prices to live here and lowered the quality of service. They installed a basketball court that there is a lot of trash left on and the grounds crew is terrible as well. Trust me there are many better places to live than here I have 2 months left on my lease and I am out. Before the new ownership I had lived here for over 4 years and it was great but since the new ownership took over the place has became a dump if I could rate it less than a 1 I would.
