Sparkling Water Plus

Paul Masse/​Sparkling Water Plus is the only person I want working on our hot tub. We got our Jarrah wood tub 33 years ago and in this time we’ve had very few problems. But time did take it’s toll. Last year Paul replaced our jets and related pvc plumbing plus he made us a really nice wooden bracket to hold our new air dials. But it’s an old tub and now I had a slow leak from one of the copper coils at the base. Sad images of a large Jarrah wood planter haunted me. But Paul, with creativity and skill, delivered the most amazing solution. Fingers crossed, this looks like it’s going to do the job. I can’t imagine anyone else coming up with a fix — a fix where he did NOT have to empty our tub (think drought). I love my tub and use it almost daily. Its loss would have brought me to tears. Replacement was never an option ($$$). But Paul handily saved the day. Plus he’s a fun guy. Polite, punctual and patient. ‘Couldn’t ask for more. THANK YOU PAUL! Your ARE the Best!

Dublin recommended him to deal with «automation» of my stand alone spa, which has the spa equipment well removed from my fiberglass spa/​redwood deck. «Automation» would allow me to thoroughly control the spa via a remote control, similar to a tv remote. Paul was thorough in explaining my options, prices, and what he would do. Throughout the process he was cordial, on time, and patient in explaining how this new spa operating system works (my previous method and hardware was over 30 years old) …we spent an hour and a half testing it, with Paul guiding me along the way. This guy is terrific. Things have been running smoothly since installation last month.
