Established in 1996.

We got started with our airport transfer services in 1996 with the aim to provide the best car service to our customers. From day one, our cars and vans are regularly serviced to maintain strict requirements to impress our customers.

We maintain all commercial licenses to provide limousine services to airports TCP– 21 466. We have all SFO/​OAK/​SJC permits to pickup and drop– off customers. Our cars, limousines and vans are well maintained to provide the ultimate airport transportation.

We used this service to go from Pinole to SFO and another time to go to OAK and be picked up when we returned.
Their service was outstanding, competitively priced, courteous and we had absolutely no issues with it. Once we went by Tesla, a treat, and the other time by a new Ford suv.
When we were picked up upon our return to OAK, they had checked the status of our flight and were waiting for us to clear baggage clairm. It was prompt and painless.
I very highly recommend this service and can not think of any way that it could be better that it is.

Moving from SF to Richmond presented a challenge for me on how best to get to SFO. I’ve been used to the convenient airport shuttles in the city and could not find the same in my area. With a little research, I found Direct Airport Service in Unilocal.I definitely echo the reviews of the other customers here. Great service, very prompt, good relaxing drive on a Tesla no less. It beats riding on a cab, considering the cab companies I called were charging the same! I will definitely use Direct Airport Service again! A very big thanks to Mrs. Singh for making my first trip to/​from Richmond and SFO airport very comfortable and painless.

I could not have been happier with this service. I had an early flight leaving from the Oakland Airport and needed to be picked up, from my home, by 5:30 am. They arrived earlier than expected and got me to the airport with time to spare. The added bonus was the beautiful Tesla that was the mode of transport. I also used this company to pick me up upon returning to the Oakland Airport. They were at the airport within 5 minutes of my calling them. I love their service and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

What a wonderful service! We called the day before to let them know when our plane would land and like magic: they pulled up to our terminal at SFO within a few minutes of us getting our bags. The price was very, very reasonable! Far cheaper than the majority of cabs in the city.
They will pick you up in a beautiful Tesla and we found the woman driving (Saywe) to be extremely friendly and very concerned about good customer service.
You could pay more, get a dirty, smelly, cramped cab and an unfriendly driver that arrives late, plus overcharges, but why would you? This service has all other cab companies beat by a long shot.
I will only use this service from now on!

I travel a lot! The team at Direct Airport Service have been awesome. They are always prompt, clean, courteous, and drive really great cars! I call a day in advance arrange for a pick up for a flat fee and then call or e-​mail for a pick up when I’m coming back home, again for a flat fee. The flat fee is always less expensive than an Über, Lyft or Taxi. Do yourself a favor and call for a ride with Direct Airport Service!

Direct Airport Service was wonderful. I was very nervous about taking BART to the Oakland Airport. While looking in the yellow pages for a cab to take me to BART I saw Direct Airport’s # & decided to call them. Their price was very reasonable.
They were at my house in 25 min. The beautiful Tesla car felt more like a limo! My driver was very friendly and professional.
I will definitely use this service again & highly recommend them.

Tried for 2 days to schedule a ride with these guys, using both their online form and e-​mail. I was travelling internationally, so there were time zone and other issues that made a phone call inconvenient. After 48 hours and two messages using the form and e-​mail, no response at all. Not going to waste my time again with a business that is so unresponsive!

I called Direct Airport Shuttle in February to book shuttle service to SFO. Saywe, the person who took my call, was also the one who drove me to the airport. My flight was at 9:20pm on a Friday, and I requested to be picked up at 5:15pm. On the day of my trip, I received a phone message from him saying that there’s already traffic buildup along I-​80 and that I could be picked up earlier if I preferred. I opted to stick to the 5:15pm pickup since it still gave me a lot of leeway.
Saywe was punctual, professional, and helpful. He assisted me with my luggage without me having to ask him. His car was spacious, clean, and odor-​free. He was a good conversationalist who respected my intermittent need for silence. He was also a safe driver with a few tricks up his sleeve which allowed us to save a few minutes in traffic.
I had a pleasant experience with Direct Airport Shuttle that I would use this airport shuttle service again when the need arises.

Used them for a 0345 pickup from El Sobrante to SFO. Large sedan arrived a bit early and had room for 4 adults, each with a bag to check-​in, a carry-​on and a small purse-​sized bag. Returning from our trip at 11 pm we had no problems. Prices were competitive. Will definitely use again.

Ordered a car the night before for a very early pickup /​trip to OAK.
Car arrived early. Very nice & clean car. No hassles with driver on fee — he wanted exactly what I was quoted. All of these are improvements on any regular taxi service.
So I am very pleased and will most definitely use them again.

I got scared reading the review of other airport shuttle service near my place, so I took a chance and called Direct Airport Shuttle. I picked them since they were in the same town where I live.
The morning of the pick up I was prepared for the worst and ready to them a scream if they arrive late. Well at the exact hour they called and was waiting for me outside the house.
The driver was one of the owner and we got talking about what they did before. The company used to have a taxi company in Berkeley in the past and has been in the transportation business for more than 15 years.
The driver was friendly and very accommodating. I was please with the service and reliability. I definitely recommend this company.
Why 4 stars? if they rolled the red carpet for me and a full bar in the car — that’s 5 stars. :)
