We are conveniently located behind the Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Short Pump. We work with all insurance companies and have direct relationships with many. We also provide on site rental vehicles for «Key to Key» customer service and we back it all up with a Lifetime National Warranty.

Established in 2010.

This facility was opened in June of 2010. The Conner family owns 5 collision facilities in the Richmond Area. We are a family that is deeply involved in the local collision repair industry. Alan Conner owns this facility and has managed collision repair facilities with the family for 29 years.

I am Alan Conner and I have been in the collision repair business for 30 years. Our family owns and operates 5 collision repair facilities in the Richmond Area. I have pretty much grown up in the body shop. As a family owned business we pride ourselves on doing the job right the first time and creating an amazing customer experience. Our team leader Daniel Campbell has dedicated over 15 years to the collision repair industry. We are excited about having him as your contact for your repair experience.
