First off, I would normally never try a restaurant in a motel, but I’m so glad we gave this place a chance. It has all the standard fare with some other really great options. The salsa bar is great and the beer is cold.

We were in Hendersonville visiting friends and went to El Paso for dinner one evening. It was a little crowded, but we didn’t have to wait long for a table. Chips, salsa, and bean dip were delivered promptly which was great because we were all starving. Our food came fairly quickly and everything was delicious. We would definitely go back.

Food was okay, a tad on the expensive side(a couple of bucks more than typical Mexican restaurant). It’s housed inside the Best Western hotel and entrence is inside the lobby. We had 2 vegetarian meals and a chicken dish. Mine was a soggy but tasty, son’s was the veggie fajita. Pretty much what all of those taste like. Not sure what my husband’s chicken dish was called but he said it was so-so. It was very close to the interstate and good for the hotel guests.

Good Mexican food. Staff is very friendly. Atmosphere is nice. Looks like an Americanized Mexican restaurant. The food has always been consistent. The beers are cold and huge. Margaritas are always good. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a lot of food for a great price.

Autentic Mexican food! One of the best that I actually have found outside Mx. People are nice, fast and very friendly. They also have a salsa bar and fresh vegetables

Stopped by on my way back to Charlotte from Looking Glass Rock. El Paso is located in the same building as a Best Western, overlooking the pool. It features typical Mexican décor and a salsa bar. I ordered Pollo al Carbon — which came with a grilled cactus, rice and tortillas. I wish the chips were a bit better — but the salsa bar was a nice option. I don’t know that I’d stop back at El Paso until I tried all the other Mexican restaurants in the area.

Just a so so Mexican restaurant. I am from Texas and like a bit of dpuciness to my food. Everything I tasted was bland including the«salad bar» of toppings. Chips tasted like those I get at the grocery store. tortillas were dry. I did like the Monday $ 1.59 special for a glass of beer and free sopapillas for dessert, even though they did not look or taste like those I am acquainted with

Salsa was good. The fajitas were too salty for my taste. Can’t comment on the service as I got mine to go but it was ready and the cashier was friendly.

The quantity for the price was five stars! The ingredients seemed to be of good fresh quality and the salsa was excellent. We happened upon it on our drive back to KY and it was way better than any chain. It feels more local and you can watch them cook right behind the counter.

Consistently good Mexican food. Not out of this world but good for the price. Location is close to home so this is really what gets us to come back. Nice staff but not overly friendly.

Although not very similar to Mexican food in border towns in Texas, it’s good and very affordable. It stays busy, but service is always friendly.

Let me start by saying that this place was hard to find. Thought we try it since it had good reviews on Unilocal. The food was good. 4 star The service was not so great. our server was friendly when he remembered to check on us for our orders and food. We placed our orders and waited and waited. Finally the manager came by and said that they were out of the fish we ordered… His reason was that a lot of Mexican came today so they sold out. No problems. it happened. We ordered something else… then I noticed that the table next to us which came 15 min later than us had their food brought out first and there was the fish that we ordered… I politely asked the manager if he gave the fish we ordered to his friends instead… YEAH he said… and walked away… WTH? I dont want to use the word discrimination, but it was so obvious since we were the only other ethics group besides hispanics in there… We were treated like it. I asked for the check and it took 20 min before someone bring it by… Our check was a print out from a calculator with numbers and no description of what we ordered… Again WTH? Although the food was good, I will never come back there… They don’t care unless you are hispanics… And they obviously showed that… So if you are the owner of this establishment, you should look into this… unless you were the one that treated our group that way. BTW: I have never gave any reviews a 1 star until now

I just ate their with two friends a couple weeks ago and it was fabulous. Reasonably priced, fantastic food, good service, clean, tons of menu options, etc. We had a pitcher of frozen strawberry margarita and none of us like it too strong … it was absolutely delicious! I can’t wait to go back to Hendersonville just to eat there!

Smaller to-go café across from best western. Really good torta and quesadilla. Milanesa was prefect and bread was on the mark. Good value as well. Very nice surprise in Hendersonville of all places.

The place is hard to find, and in somewhat of an unexpected location.. The best western lobby.(Although they do offer free Starbucks coffee in the lobby — provided you are a customer) Additionally, there is an El Paso directly across the street which may cause confusion. I ordered a burrito from the lunch menu, and was disappointed that it really was just a burrito on a plate. No beans, rice, or usual Mexican junk on the side. My girl had a taco salad which was dank. Wish I ordered that! Three stars because I ordered a half pitcher of margarita for 14 bucks, and left more sober than I came.

Fabulous! This place is legit! While traveling, our car broke down & we stayed at the adjoining hotel & found this gem by local recommendation. Authentic with some unique choices. Large drink selections & everything was delicious. Nice ending to a long day. Friendly service too!

This a great little Mexican restaurant that is attached to a Best Western hotel. They have salsa bar, which was very neat and it was fun picking out and trying all the different types of salsa. Its a bit of a local hot spot and as mentioned it is attached to a hotel, so parking can be a bit of an issue as well a seating. It was well worth the wait, about ten minutes, and I highly recommend trying it out if you are in the area.
