This place is a Chevron Station, Terrible Herbst Store and Terrible car Wash.
This is an exterior car wash, but they do a really great job.
Free self service vacuum, and you can build up for free washes based on how many times you come. They track your license so you don’t have to use a punch card or anything.
I like the quality of the wash, it gets the dirtiest car clean, if you buy the wash at the pump, you will get 20 cents off the gas as well@

New to Henderson, looking for a cheap car wash, and bingo, found Terrible Herbst. Was not disappointed. Place was clean, people friendly, and most important cleaned my truck great. I’ll be going back.

I will waste gas and drive across town before I waste my time at this place. Pump displays don’t work or not programmed correctly. I give up. Just wanted gas and a car wash. Is that too much to ask?

If I could give negative stars, I would. Worst car wash EVER! I didn’t know a car could get dirtier after a wash. After a full interior and exterior there is still crap all over the carpets, rocks (which definitely wasn’t here before) and the front of the car is still filthy… The tires are half sprayed and most of the shine crap is all over my rims. This place is ridiculous. Get it together terribles.

I got my synthetic oil change here. I didn’t want anything else done. At the end they told me my air filters were really bad & I needed new ones. I didn’t think they were right, & went somewhere else right after & asked. My air filters were almost brand new. I felt that they were being dishonest & trying to take advantage of a girl who knows nothing about cars. This location isn’t convenient for me anyways. I won’t be coming back.

I have been getting my oil and filter change by Terrible Herbst for about 15+ years. Last time I had it done, they cut corners by not putting antifreeze in and I had to buy some costing me $ 20. They denied that they made a mistake so I will definitely not take my car to this location again.

First time I felt like I had an honest team member here. He showed me my air filter and said I could wait longer. Told me the things only needed but didn’t try to force me to purchase them. The bathrooms were clean and the customer service was excellect. I will definitely come back

I’ve been getting my trusty Crown Vic washed here for years. The attendants are always polite and I get a towel and choice of fragrance. (I always select lemon.) After ten washes you earn a free one and you even get a free wash on your birthday which I took advantage of yesterday. There are vacuums there as well and next door is a gas station/​convenience store/​oil change place (I’ve never used the oil change place). It’s on the corner of Wigwam and Pecos across from the Shell station.
I figure since I’ve been a regular customer for 10+ years I’ll likely be returning for another 10+!
