Established in 2002.

In 2002, Maria Nutile founded Nutile Law & Associates, bringing a wealth of large-​firm experience from years of practice in New Hampshire, Arizona and Nevada. In March 2003, Susan M. Pitz joined the firm after ten years in the marketing and public relations industry. Ms. Pitz became a shareholder in 2008 and the firm became Nutile Pitz & Associates.

Business Owner

Maria Nutile is a shareholder with Nutile Pitz and Associates, practicing primarily healthcare and transactional business law. Ms. Nutile assists clients on a variety of health care legal issues including hospital/​medical staff relations, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, IPAs, MSOs, antitrust, fraud and abuse, federal and state compliance issues and administrative hearings.

Ms. Nutile received her undergraduate degree from Montclair State University in New Jersey. She also attended Farleigh Dickinson University for a Master of Business with a concentration in Accounting. Ms. Nutile received her juris doctorate from Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, New Hampshire and her Masters in Law in Taxation from Boston University School of Law. Ms. Nutile commenced her legal career with the law firm of Sheehan, Phinney Bass & Green in Manchester, New Hampshire, before moving west in 1994 to practice with the Phoenix based law firm of Snell & Wilmer, LLP where she was a partner in t
