Front office staff is fabulous! Marie, Brook and Tina are always great to work with my family’s crazy schedule. They are professional, friendly and courteous every visit. I cannot say enough great things about Dr Ignatowicz. What a genuine great guy as well as a great Dentist. My entire family now goes to him for all our dental needs.

I’ve been going to Dr. Ignatowicz’s dentistry office for a quite a few years now and to say I’ve never experience nothing short of greatness would be a huge understatement. From the time you check into the front office usually with Marie till the time you leave the dentist chair, it’s like you’re not in an traditional dentist office… nothing like those crazy experience you’ve had as a kid at the dentist. Marie is the sweetest, coolest, receptionist you’ll ever meet. Marie knows her job quite well and will give you a break down of what your payment will be so you’re never blindsided like some of the other dentist office’s around town.
Dr. Ignatowicz’s office will treat you like family from the caring customer service the staff and himself displays towards you to the great acknowledgement and explanation of what the oral examinations and procedures you’ve came to visit the office. And they have free water bottles in the waiting room just in case you get thirsty or if you want to do a quick pre-​rinse before hitting the chair, of course they cover this as well. Lol!
My most recent visit was for a deep clean oral procedure for my teeth and gums. The Great and Awesome job that oral hygienist Kathryn did on my teeth and gums was nothing short of perfection. I had 2 days worth of work and with both days I had zero pain and didn’t even need to rinse my mouth out with warm salt water or take no Ibuprofen because. like I said there was no pain. It’s like smiles are contagious in this office, Kathryn had a huge smile while explaining everything to me that was going to be done those days. And to top it off it if the experience couldn’t get any better, they offer you great entertainment of whatever movie or tv show you would like to watch while getting worked on. Yes, this awesome dentistry has a subscription to Netflix and a huge variety of entertainment to choose from. it’s endless entertainment. I watched 2 great movies (Clueless & 13 going on 30) while I was getting my oral work done, the time went by so quick it was like I had just walked into the office. I’m telling you almost 2 hrs later went by like 5 mins later and I was done walking out saying my goodbye’s.
To sum it all up I definitely recommend Dr. Ignatowicz’s dentistry services to Anyone. especially to my family, friends, coworkers.etc. To get one of the best experiences while going to a dentist office.

Extremely professional and friendly staff in a beautiful facility with state of the art equipment. Dr. Ignatowicz is a steely-​eyed missile man (space program reference) with his approach to dentistry and a really nice guy to boot! Could not ask more of your dentist! I’ve only had two visits so far but look forward to many more in the future.

I’ve been going to Dr. Ignatowicz for about four years now and LOVE the front office staff, him and the hygienists. They never keep me waiting and are always thorough.
I had a few fillings replaced in my first couple of appointments, and loved that I could have the gas and watch a movie, which was perfect to distract me from any discomfort (there wasn’t any) and kept anxiety in check.
I refer them to others all the time.

I have lived in Henderson for 14 months and have been through 4 dental offices. I went back on my insurance directory and found Dr. Ignatowicz. I have been to his office twice now and I can’t say enough about the professionalism along with the friendliness of the staff and knows what they are doing.
Yesterday, 08÷18÷15 I saw my hygienist for 6 months teeth cleaning. She is sweet, knows how to make you feel relaxed and is very knowledgeable on the quality of good dental care.
I have finally found a dental office I can trust and feel comfortable going. I enjoy Dr. Ignatowicz mannerism and he appear to be very interested in the care of his patients.

These guys are really good. I usually have a hard time with dental visits, but the hygienist was gentle and thorough. She was also careful not to trigger my over-​active gag reflex. Dr. I is a cool guy and knows his stuff, which went a long way to make me feel comfortable — and confident that I was getting really good care. I would highly recommend these folks, which is kind of a big deal since I haven’t liked a dentist or hygienist before — ever. One other thing, In Vegas I’ve grown accustomed to rude office staff at pretty much every doctor’s office in town, but their office staff were friendly and professional. I wish I could find a PCP like them…

The entire office of Dr. Ignatowicz is amazing, simply put. You normally hear people groaning about having to go to the dentist. I can honestly say that visiting this office, receiving treatment, communication with the staff & Dr Ignatowicz — they set an example of what real genuine care and customer service is supposed to be.
They are very professional, organized, and friendly. The front staff, are the first welcoming smiles you see. They’re very communicative, personable, and professional.
Dr. Ignatowicz is an amazing dentist. Although his schedule may be full, as his patient, he gives you the attention and time needed when you are voicing any concerns or questions you may have. He never rushes through and reassures you if you have any nervous anxiety (like I initially did). He always checks in between to make sure you are doing ok as he is working on you as well.
My entire family has their treatments at this office. Dr. Ignatowicz and his assistant DeeDee are very versatile when my kids are being treated by them. My kids really like them and continuously say how «cool» they are.
I not only highly recommend them to you if you’re reading my review, it’s a MUST if you’re looking for a genuine great Dentist. I have referred people from my office and friends/​family in general as well.

The entire office staff is great. They’re very personable, genuinely nice, and actually care about their patients life outside the dentist. Dr Ignatowicz is great at what he does, explains everything in simple terms, and makes sure you’re not hurting during the process. Dr. Ignatowicz and his staff are as good as it gets! Every time I visit, I am greeted with a warm welcome by name. They make every effort to ensure that I have the most positive, comfortable experience possible. Our family loves going to Dr. Ignatowicz so much that we travel across town, passing several other dentist offices on our way!

This office is very professional from of the front desk with the big smiles to the knowledgeable and caring hygenist, dental assist, and doctor. I found it best when Dr Ignatowicz took the time to answer ALL my questions and not seem rushed. If you are looking for a great dentist, I found one for you. Dr I and his staff is amazing, they make me feel like family.

Office staff «Marie» not on her game. We never received a breakdown of payment do. Until she requested and very high payment prior to service when we arrived. I have never been so humiliated at a dentist office before. If your budget is important to you then this is not a place to go and we have very good insurance. Dentist is very good but needs to also pay attention to his front line.

I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the treatment & results I received from Dr. Ignatowicz. From the moment you walk in the office you are greeted by a warm & friendly staff. Phenomenal Experience !! I have been going to this location for almost 4 years and every time I have been impressed with great quality, fast service, and professional treatment. The staff here really cared to get to know me and my family and follow up after each visit.

The office is nice. The staff is pretty pleasant including the front desk and the hygienist. I have been going in for about a year and a half. The cleanings are good, not great. I like to get my teeth cleaned about every 3 months due to all the dental work I have in my mouth. The office cannot seem to accommodate appointments for even 3 months in the future. They can sometimes put you on a wait list but will usually call the same day to let you know there is an appointment avail which is very hard with a busy schedule. They scheduled me out 4.5 months for a cleaning and I have to call constantly to see If I can get in sooner. A lot of times, I will call and no one answers and they will call back the next day. I went in for my annual X-​rays and was supposed to see dentist and of course he ended up leaving before I was seen I pretty much have not seen the dentist since I been there. The front desk promises that he reviews the X-​rays even though not inspecting my teeth.
