Never thought I would Unilocal a nail place. With mom she wanted a pedi and manni (I think that is right verbiage) she offered to pay lol. Huy took care of everything and my feet and hands feel awesome. This was the second time I get this in my life. Glad I found this spot massage was very good. Mom who has lots of experience said her service was excellent, they know what their doing. Thanks everyone.
Above review was from 5 months ago I put review for wrong place. Went again today and this place is still top notch. They took care of my mom, wife, and I got another pedi and manni this makes number 4 (last 3 at this place).
Highly recommended the entire staff is GREAT!

Rose does a great job on my nails (gel manicure lasts 3 – 4 weeks) as well as my eyebrows. I just love her!

Do not come here. They are «too busy» to take care of clients even when the establishment is empty. They open at 11am on Sunday and I strolled by at 11:35am. I don’t understand how they are too busy.
I would give them zero stars but that’s not an option.

Still the same friendly service and they treat you like family. They speak a different language among themselves doesn’t mean they don’t speak English!!!
try to engage and talk with the people that work there they’re very nice and friendly and have great sense of humor!
10 yrs plus and I’m still happy with the service.
I lived in this area for 20 years and some of those one and two star reviews are absolutely false there’s a nail shop right up the road and two those people I know for a fact have work there.
Use your common sense thinking when reading reviews.
You don’t have to read the menu to go to the nail shop. Just tell them what you want and they can do it for you with a smile

I have been going to see the same lady by the name of rose. Today I got my nails did and the work was sloppy and the shape of the nail was crooked. Rose yelled at me when I asked her to correct the mistakes she had made. Also, she threw nail polish and told me if my nails messed up she was not going to fix it again. She humiliated me in front of other customers had other customers yelling at me talking about how they been with her for 10 years and I should chillout when I was not rude at all nor did I raise my voice her husband although very kind cannot do nails at all he cannot shape Nor paint well. I then asked if I could get an eyebrow wax and she refused to do them because of a private conversation I was having with my husband over the phone she felt I was not happy with how she does her work. I’m so Disgusted with her attitude and service. I knew I should have went to nail envy !!! Please don’t go here ! Plus there polish is old and the chairs don’t work.

Just moved here from San Diego & this salon was within walking distance so I decided to give it a try (two birds with one stone: cardio & fresh nails). I had called ahead and they were able to get me in right away for a fill. When I arrived it was pretty quiet in the salon, two other customers but it was 3:30pm On a Friday so they likely get busier after work hours.
Henry did my nails and I must say its the best fill & paint job I’ve had in a very long time! My nails were the perfect length — I like them very short for a professional look at work and most salons have a hard time getting them short to my liking so they’re not too long in a week or so. The paint was flawless and the best part of it all is they didn’t upsell even once! The most annoying part of getting my nails done usually is the salons that will ask you about every possible add on sometimes 2 – 3 times before they take no for an answer. I came in for a fill and it was simple as that, no pedicure inquiry, no gel upsell, nothing pushy AT ALL! So refreshing! I got to relax and read my book because I usually like to keep quiet during visits to the salon, but not to say the staff here isn’t friendly — they greeted each person BY NAME as they arrived after me and seemed to know their clients very well — super genuine feel!
Overall a very nicely decorated, friendly & clean location and they even provide warmed cloth towels for when you wash your hands! I’ll definitely be returning! If they offered neck massages like my SD salons, I’d say 10 stars ;) check this place out!

I love rose! She’s the best! My gel manicure lasts 2 – 3 weeks. Rose is so sweet. They make me feel very appreciated as a customer and I will continue to go there to get my nails done!

Ong Ba co Cau! Cai cay ma Chong Ngay thang thi ko so do bao! Cung nhu con nguoi an o Ngay thang thi ko so nguoi khac noi xuyen noi so. It’s great to be honest n have a grateful attitude. That’s how many of us are raised.

This place is great just make an appointment or you got no chance for walk ins Hue & Rose are the best

Great mani pedi rates and services. Tuyet was very nice and the entire staff was friendly. Right off 5 he 215, great location as well, stop in and say hello.

I’ve been going to this salon for about 2 years now, it took everybody about 3 visits for them to remember my name, that I wanted acrylics, the length, and the shape. I just have to walk in a sit down! :)
You don’t necessarily have to make an appointment, they will usually fit you in with some wait time if they have spots open. But of course if it better when you make an appointment. They will seat you within minutes of walking through the door.
Very upset to be moving out of state, but will definitely be coming here on my visits in town!

I love this place! I had a great experience both times I’ve been. The second time I went, Ann & I were chatting the entire time, which was a nice change from what I’ve experienced at other places. The service was quick and Ann did a fantastic job on my nails! I will definitely keep going back. =)

Last weekend on sunday i came in to only ask how much their acrylic set was, and only because of the conveniency from my place to there less then 5 min and boom im there, Well from where their pedi massage chairs are, a rude employee yelled across the salon saying «WERE BOOKED FOR THE DAY» first, if you are booked for the day, a «Sorry were booked» sign would be much appreciated at the front door or desk.
Today i called to ask again how much the full acrylic stilletto set cost and the employee who answered the phone said $ 35…[long pause] $ 35 and up he said. So is it $ 35 or $ 35 and up? He says depending on the length. okay tried brushing that off. So then i ask what they had available for today. His response was «we are booked for today honey» in a very rude tone of voice. Ive never even had my nails done here but with the attitude and change of prices i will never go there!
Vo’s nails of Eastern and St Rose (Lowes\Home Goods parking lot) is the place to go!

Love this place! They can get you in and out as quickly as you need and they never misquote wait times. Everyone there is friendly and very kind.

Every time I go there my experiences gets better and better! They give wonderful customer service and always call me by my name! It’s one of the best nail shops I have ever been 2!

NEVER go here, ever! i got an eyebrow wax here in preparation for my 21^st birthday and the lady ripped off a dime size portion of my skin! They didn’t even seem very apologetic about it! I don’t know about their nails, but after my experience with the wax, i would NEVER go back!!!

I went here’s a few times for acrylics. I’m fairly hard on my nails, so I had a lot of lifting on the sides between appointments. The nail techs here never really fixed any of that, so my nails looked like crap under the polish.
The owner, Hugh, did my nails the way I liked the first time he did them, so I called and asked specifically for him on my next appointment. When I came in, he sat me with one of the female techs, I think her name was Trang? Anyway, she did my nails in a thick rounded style that looked awful and deformed. I actually had a coworker call me over from across the room because she noticed how wonky my nails looked. :/​embarrassing. Also, I don’t think that her tools were even washed between uses. She just pulled them from a box with acrylic dust in it.
Last time I got my nails done, there were missed spots on every single nail, whether it was on the sides or a corner of the tips. I’m looking at my nails for 3 weeks between appointments. They should be perfect. I started feeling like I’d wasted my money every time I got a manicure here. I’d rather pay more for a better experience.
I’ve since moved onto another salon, and away from acrylic nails FOREVAH. Like that catchy song, me and Acrylics are never ever ever getting back together.

The manicure was good but way to much loud talking in Vietnamese amongst the employees… not relaxing at all. I felt like I was in the airport in a foreign country. NOT A SPA ATMOSPHERE.

Loved this place! I was a walk in client and he (Hugh, the Owner) told me he would be with me right after his next client, who already had an appointment. I didn’t mind waiting because I was able to read all the current gossip magazines! When I sat down in his chair, he offered me some water. I have never been asked that in a nail salon before, so that was a nice plus!
I told him I wanted a full set with a french tip, and I needed them to last as long as possible. He put on a white tip nail, put acrylic over it then a clear coat of OPI gel on top. The gel dries completely in less than 5 minutes so I didn’t have to worry about touching anything and messing them up! They are really shiny and he did an amazing job!
Mind you, I am hair stylist and I’ve done nails as well, so I am extremely picky! The salon is nice and very clean. They even have a little table in the restroom to put your purse on that says «Purse Valet.» I loved that because I don’t like putting my purse on the floor!
Hugh was great! He had a good personality and you could tell he actually cared about his clients. I will definitely be back to him!

Worst experience I have ever had.
Made an appointment and showed up on time. After waiting for half an hour I was told that it’d be 20 more minutes of waiting.
I didn’t stay any longer.
The owner was very rude and seemed irritated.
Good luck running business with 0 professionalism.
