Miro at the Parc

Just moved into this complex and my boyfriend and I are SO HAPPY! Besides the beautiful view, and beautiful new apartment the people who work here are AMAZING! SERIOUSLY! Chellie helped us get set up and she was very patient and friendly with us, cracked jokes, put up with us being young and having a BUNCH of silly questions, couldnt ask for a nicer person! We’ve been in contact since January and out of all the places we’ve been to (nearly every apartment complex in Henderson) Chellie has been the only person to keep in contact with us, and remember us. Robin is the mananger and she’s also very nice! On moving day everything that could go wrong did go wrong. We bought all new furniture, tables, couches, bar stools, mattress, bed frame, dresser, nightstands, litterally everything new and of course at 8AM we get a phone call that the R. C Willey guys were on their way to deliever everything and would be there shortly. We hadnt signed our lease yet, we werent even there yet! (miro opens at 9:00) I figured we were completely out a luck, panicing! I set our furniture to be brought from 11:00−2PM and of course it’s 8:00AM and I didnt know what to do. We stalled the guys for an hour and at 9 i called Miro and told Chellie what was going on to see if she could open our door at Miro and I would just meet them there and handle everything then sign the lease. (Longshot!) But I was blessed by the kindness of Chellie and Robin! They allowed me and the furniture guys access. (What a blessing!) Poor Chellie and Robin I probably looked and sounded out of my mind haha! They did NOT have to do that for me at all and it wasnt there problem what so ever but they did! Then walking in to my new beautiful apartment I was greeted by two maintenance guys that were very nice too! We went over everything in the apartment, and Jim explained and dumbed a lot of things down to me, I’m 21 and even though I’ve lived with my boyfriend in our old complex for 2 years we were never told a lot of things by our old complex and I thought it was really nice he was so friendly and when he saw I was confused with something he explained it in a new way. He wanted everything to be perfect for us and has already proven he really cares about everyone in the complex. The other maintenance guy is really nice too, he checked up on us when we were on the patio the next day to make sure everything was going good and we were okay. (I feel awful his name isnt coming to mind right now!) Even the people who live here are nice! I was walking my dog and have already met a few people who have been really nice and helpful! I am just amazed by how this experience has been so great after living in an Ovation property and dealing with managers who dont care, maintenance that doesnt ever come, and the front desk receptionists being rude this is a complete change that me and my boyfriend really needed in our lives. All the positivity surrounding this new place has really given us hope and we are very excited and blessed to be apart of this wonderful community! I am SO thankful!
Sidenote: If you’re reading these reviews on Unilocal they’re all about staff that no longer works here. I saw one from September and all the people mentioned no longer work there so take those reviews lightly. Everyone is awesome!

I would definitely not recommend this apartment complex to anyone that I care about. The Employees are only helpful when they are trying to sell you a unit, but as soon as your a resident, your concerns are continually ignored. I have lived in several apartment complexes in the Henderson Area, and this is by far the worst. My air conditioning broke on the third day that I moved in, and when I called the maintenance man, I was given attitude, and was told that the scorching temperatures of Las Vegas Summer, was not an emergency, and that it was not a priority. Because of this, I had to live and sweat in my brand new apartment for FOUR days, while all of my voicemails crying for help, were again, ignored. When I finally got fed up, and decided to walk to the office and speak with a manager. She also, gave me attitude and responded «I am not even going to be working here for that much longer, and I don’t want to spend my last days dealing with this»
Needless to say, I gladly paid all 2500 dollars to break the lease, during the second month on my stay. I highly recommend staying away from this establishment.

The complex & Apt. is nice. Im writing this due to an experience yesterday visiting the complex & viewing an apt. I was in email contact with the asst mgr. I saw online what the rent was, went to see it climbed 3 floors to a apt (that was ridiculious) but got to see it, nice apt. for what we wanted. Went back to office she said she didnt have one as of yet, but good news was there was a renter who wanted to move up to a two bedroom, she would know that day as she was going to speak with renter.
Then as she continuiously smiled *annoying* fake for sure, that she didnt know what the rent would be then as it was $ 968 but could be $ 1100. REALLY I spoke to you thru several emails and Kazam, now I like it, so lets see if we can raise the rent $ 150. Good afternoon.
I left the complex angry, it was like a bait & switch. Left looked a 3 other complexes, and rented in a brand new complex never lived in apt, so happy I didnt sign up. There was a very professional staff, no games paperwork with exact amts, what you get where your new home will be. Absolutely happy, complex close to Stephanie & I-​215., restaurants markets etc.
I wont say I dont recommended Miro, but dont move one inch until you know everything, the 3 stars is only because of the asst mgr.
But do keep looking so many lovely places to see

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Been waiting till I had some free time to write this Unilocal review. I lived at Miro at the Parc for about 1 year. I was a great attendant. I payed my rent on time, or early every month. I gave my 60 day notice to move out on time, and was all out of my apartment when I was supposed to be. Let me start off by saying Jamie the office manager is the most FAKE person I have ever encountered. And not to mention very very RUDE. I can’t wait to make the call on upper management specifically on her. Because that call will most definitely be made. You do not treat people with the way you talk to them, its honestly terrible.
So I was literally charged for every little thing on my MOVE OUT. I had $ 100 deposit that I was supposed to get back, and yet I was still charged $ 150. It’s funny too because I can’t wait till I do call upper management because I took photos from every room in my apartment in case this would be an issue. I even took photos of the toilets and inside the cabinets to show it was clean. And the bathroom floors I even have photos of.
***I highly recommend this to everyone! when moving out of an apartment or a house so you have proof on how you left everything.
I have all the photos on my cell phone with date and time. So literally I got changed for a bunch of BS and I have the proof that it was VERY CLEAN! And apparently Jamie is the one doing all the walk throughs so it was her who charged me for every little thing. I broke my ankle ON PROPERTY! a few weeks before I moved out and I did my very best still to make sure my apartment was perfect. And I get $ 150 in charges and completely lose my $ 100 deposit. Unfortunately I was not able to touch up the small holes in my sons room and I was told it would be taken care of WITH NO CHARGE. I had a broken ankle for god sake that I broke on this property coming down their stairs. And I was charged $ 99 for the holes in the walls??? Extremely ridiculous. I wish I could post photos up to this review so you guys can see how clean my apartment was. SPOTLESS. The carpet was also in perfect condition as well. But I will again be sure to have upper management take a look at all the photos I have. I went into the office to pay the ridiculous $ 150 in charges by the date I was supposed to.
(which I’m going to be asking for a refund on my money after I show upper management my photos that I have.)
And I left the money order on one of the desks because I had to rush into work. I then call not even 30 minutes later. (mind you I have a receipt and I had too photos of the money order for copies for myself. Jamie answers the phone with a horrific attitude. And goes, I can’t believe you just left it there? Talking to me like I’m stupid and I don’t appreciate it. Like who talks to someone like that??? Miro at the Parc has the worst management Jamie working for them. And hopefully they will find someone new in the future to take her position. Because someone like that shouldn’t be working for this company. I come from store management retail background and I would never in my life hire someone like that. Absolutely NOT. I love how I read through all the reviews on here and some of them talk about how management is very RUDE. So I’m definitely not the only one who thinks this way. One of my co workers also lived at this property about a year ago and told me they moved out because how awful management was. So What does that tell you??? Management is clearly a problem at this property and hopefully it will be fixed. As in hiring someone new. Because Jamie has a fake personality you can hear it in her voice when she answers the phone. And also is very rude and has an attitude. I remember when I put in my 60 day notice she was soooo rude. And acted like a total B*tch about it. I hate to use that word. But that’s honestly how she acted towards me. She didn’t even try and convince me to stay. Not in the least. She just gave me a sheet of paper to sign and that was that. Seriousely??? Would you want to live at a property with someone acting this way towards you? No I highly doubt it.
The only good thing about Miro at the Parc was Jim and that’s it. Thank you for always being so nice to me and my son. I really appreciate it.
I would of gave this property 0 stars but unfortunately I had to put 1 on here. I will never again tolerate someone in management like Jamie talking to me they way she did. I should of called upper management way sooner.

I am so happy to see great reviews from great residents! I absolutely love being a part of the Miro family. I wish I could review every person who lives here but I’d have to ask Unilocal to grant me an extra star! This by far is a great place to work and an amazing place to live. I get to spend 8 hours a day here and it typically ends up being the highlight of my day. Our residents are some of the funniest and most interesting people I’ve met. I learn something new everyday! I’m glad to see things have gotten better since Mission Rock Residential took the reigns. I’m proud to be a part of the better and can’t wait to see more to come! Just moved in on Thursday and my boyfriend and I are beyond happy to be here! The office staff has been helpful since the beginning and are always there to help as well as Jim. Little cleaning things here and there that I wasn’t pleased about but this is forsure an apartment complex worth the money!

I was uneasy about apartments since I’ve owned a home the past 6 years, but decided to do a rental while I try out Vegas. Glad I chose Henderson area. (Big difference) I tell the office almost once a week that they need iced coffee! They have a starbucks machine but no cold options. Other than that the people treat me great, my apartment is great. I opted for a killer pool view that has city lights. The maintenance guy… Jim is super sweet & helpful with my dozens of questions. helped me set up my internet and everything. I chose this place because they were the most helpful with me moving from Oregon and doing everything online. Normally don’t do five stars but I don’t know what would make it better.

We moved in two years ago when it was Elysian at the parc, and it was a good clean and quiet place however management was just ok for me. They were never rude or anything as a matter of fact they were friendly but service requests were a pain to get done. Fast forward a year later and the apartment got bought by new owners and two sets of management were in and out rather quick, and the office staff was a nightmare. They never attended to service requests in a timely manner and come to learn that we weren’t the only ones having problems, we would run into other residents in the office that were very upset with them on a regular basis. One time I went in to talk to them about our dishwaher that hadn’t been working for about two weeks and when I walked in the office staff was lounging around talking and didn’t even acknowledge me for about five minutes until I asked them if I should come back sarcastically. It got so bad that I informed them that I was going to report then to fair housing for their service issues that they ignore for long periods of time. Needless to say I didn’t need to do that because that set of office employees were gone in a jiffy .
I guess the best comes to those who wait because the current office staff and maintenance that’s been here since is awesome, the manager and her assistant and Jim the maintenance professional are all kind and eager to tend to your needs and requests. I honestly have no complaints about the current employees here and my wife and kids are very happy with them and our living and that’s all that I need.

Had problems when we first moved in, but quickly turned things around. Office staff super helpful and very nice. Love our apartment and it’s location! :)

Wouldn’t recommend living here. Manager at the office is super rude and if you bring up any complaints about the complex, she will feel as if you are ««personally attacking her».

recently moved out of Miro. The property use to be called Elysian Parc. I never had issues until they were bought out and changed to Miro. These clowns have no clue how to manage a property. Beware!!! you will be charged for anything they can find in your apartment at move out. I asked for touch up paint to cover picture nail holes, and they took 2 weeks hoping I’d forget. The maintenance told me don’t worry about it, they paint the whole apartment anyway, when I move out. I painted just to make sure. They still charged me $ 25.00 for paint after I moved. Then they charged 75 bucks for normal ware on carpet cleaning. What makes this so bad is, This property is trying to take as much of your deposit as possible. I left the apartment so clean, you could almost move in without the clean up. When I confronted the manager about the amounts, She replied it’s only $ 25.00 bucks. Basically, Let it go… They did not clean the property the property the whole time I was there. At least not by my building. Miro sits right next to a rail road track. Train horns go off all day and in the middle of the night. I see why they had a lot of empty apartments.

I don’t recommend living here. The office is not helpful and they are rude when you need things done, I made appointments and they never come or call. It’s really expensive and not worth it. They do not accommodate the tenants at all, they also can’t keep the leases straight. I signed a year lease and they put a notice in my door that my lease was up when in actual my lease was not up for another 6 months. I went to the office and told them I would move out and they tried to charge me more to move out when my lease wasn’t even up yet. Management always changes and it never improves
