Lifestorage of Central Henderson

The staff is very helpful and acts in a professional manner. The location is convenient and easily accessible. The property and interiors are clean and maintained. The security for entry and exit are easy to use. Rates are in line with other facilities in the area.

We rented a large storage unit over the phone, we were given a special offer through the internet. We were told the unit had a small air conditioning tubing running through the top.
Upon arrival in Henderson we went to see the unit, it was very dirty, the small tubing was very large and took much of the space away, something was leaking from the unit; at this point we decided that it was not a unit for us and asked to see another unit two doors down. The new unit was very dirty but had the space so we took it after my husband and the driver of the moving van cleaned it. The manager then told us we could not have it for the same price since we did it over the internet, we did not argue with her at the time since the truck was there to unload. We finally got to speak to her and asked that she talk to whomever was her boss; we did get the deal we signed up for to begin with but were told the next month would be higher. The manager of the storage was new and did not want to help us in any way. We did end up going over her head and spoke with someone that was more helpful. I would never reccomend this place to use.
