These guys made it easy. It was easy to schedule service with them and easy the day of the junk removal.
When we bought our house we inherited some of the junk that the hoarder before us had in our garage. We spent a solid year trying to figure out how we’d get rid of the stuff that Republic wouldn’t take. It seemed like renting a truck and driving to the dump ourselves was going to be the only thing that would work. We kept putting it off since spending our day off hauling out junk sounded terrible. It finally occurred to me that there must be companies that pick up where Republic’s service is lacking. This is how I found Junkman.
I called on a Wednesday and had no problem getting a Saturday appointment. My window was only one hour in the morning. Awesome! I wouldn’t be wasting four hours waiting. To make the appointment all they needed was my address and phone number. Very easy. The person I spoke with explained that the guys would arrive, look at our junk, and then let us know how much the haul away would cost. We would then let them know if we wanted them to take the junk. Again, super easy.
Our guys called a little before our window of time that they were outside gate. I loved that they were early! They looked at everything and quoted us a very reasonable rate. We asked if they take check and they did. They loaded the truck up in less than five minutes and were on their way. This also meant that we were on our way with our day and not wasting time on this chore.
I wish we had called these guys sooner. I’m a huge fan since it was easy to schedule, reasonably priced, and the guys were very professional. Thank you so much, Junkman!

Moving my Mom out of her house and down to Arizona presented a bit of a logistics problem with a whole house of stuff that needed to be tossed out.
I originally ordered the 10 yard bin and when it was delivered it didn’t look big enough. The driver graciously accommodated my request to upgrade to a 15 yarder. It was delivered faster than they promised and dropped exactly where I needed it.
In dealing with Chris and the entire crew during the process, drop off to pick-​up, I found everybody polite, professional and helpful. Highly recommended and I would use them again.

Very provessional approach. Gave a window of time of an hour, arrived 15 minutes into the window. Told me they couldn’t estimate it until they started the load which was fair, because it toruned out to be 100% of the truck. Shout out for Josh and Tylor. Quick, efficient, polite, professional.

I was very impressed with the professional attention I received removing household clutter which included a very heavy full size pool table, mattress set, appliances, carpet and furniture… The folks were on time CLEAN CUT and efficient… Price quoted was lowest of three estimates.

Great company. They showed when they said they would, the price was fair and the swept up when done. I never knew a service like this existed it was worth every dime to have my garage back.
