Ecodry Carpet Cleaning

I have used this company several times, being that I have animals. Ecodry is an awesome company, they do a great job at getting my pet stains out and even making the carpet look brand new! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. I like that it is dry after they leave. I give it two thumbs up!

My son decided to use this company instead of our usual one as they were booked up till end of July. The carpets had a lot of debris left and the man that was here in my home was asked when done if he could re vacume the house as it was nasty and felt like sand on the floor. The man came back into our home upset and was cursing to where my grandkids could hear it and we then told him to leave as we don’t do that in our house. When my wife called rick on the phone and told him he was very decent she stated and agreed to refund our money as the floors were gritty and the service was crap. Her and my son drove to his apartment where he runs his business and the owner rick and my wife were talking and then the same guy came out 3 times and started to talk trash to her. So I left a bad review on Google and this man rick called me trying to play telephone tuff guy and I hung up on him then he called back and I told him I have nothing to say except that the service is not acceptable and to stop calling me. Then he post that my wife told him we could not afford the service and we’re looking for a free carpet cleaning. That was never said seeing that my son paid for it as a gift to us. This man lies and the company is shady. I would never use him again. I would rather pay top dollar where respect is used. This guy is a joke and at the end of the second call when I asked him what I could do for him he simply said remove my rewire of his business. I said no it is the truth and to not call me again. Then he post a solid lie about the conversation. So he condones people cursing at people and lying and disrespect.

Great service. Technician was on time, fast, and efficient. I really liked that the house smelled fresh, clean and not over powering after the carpets were done. There method of cleaning was eco friendly, non toxic, and dry so my family was able to walk on carpet immediately after it was cleaned. They also cleaned my couch with the same method. Great results and will definitely use their service again!
