I’ve been using this place for dry-​cleaning for my suits, shirts, and pants; in addition to dry-​cleaning, I’ve also had many of my alterations done here. I’ve probably had alterations done on at least 10 of my suit jackets; I’ve had many waist alterations done on pants here as well. In all instances their level of customer service has exceeded my expectations. Their staff is very professional, and I have never had any issues with any of the alterations I’ve had them do on my suits. Any item I’ve ever dropped off here has always been ready for pick-​up by the time specified on the receipt.
The only reason this review gets a one-​star discount is because their tailor leaves at 2pm on weekdays making it somewhat inconvenient for that specific purpose on the occasion that I need to have that particular service. I have actually been told on one occasion to bring my item back the next day before 2pm. This can cause an inconvenience depending on your schedule. For me it was inconvenient.
Overall, you can definitely count on this place to take care of your items while they’re in their possession, and also have it ready for pick-​up on time. I plan on using this place for their services many more times in the future.

I have been going to this dry cleaner for about three months now and they take great care of me and my clothing. I have had my pants altered, suits dry cleaned, and shirts pressed all done very well at a great price point. Love them, thoroughly recommended!

The hours listed are 7am to 7pm. Got there at 7:20 and had to wait 25 minutes until someone showed up. Then was told that I couldn’t get my suits back until 5pm the next day. WTF? Was told by another guy waiting that this wasn’t the first time this has happened to him. Tried calling their main location and only got an answering machine. Went elsewhere to get my dry cleaning done. Only can make a first impression once. This one was bad.

I took 3 items to be hemmed and was quoted $ 20 per item. Two of those items were summer dresses and 1 was a long skirt. I dropped them off and was told they would be ready in 3 – 4 days. My husband picked up the items for me and when I wore one of the dresses and the skirt the hem seemed fine. I had about 2 – 3 inches taken off of each item.
I finally had an opportunity to wear the last dress and when I put it on the left side of my dress was longer then the right side. I was upset, especially after having paid $ 20!!! I moved here from San Diego and was used to paying less than $ 10 to have items like these hemmed. So you would think if I’m forking out $ 20 for ONE item it better be done right. I showed my husband and we went back on his day off to complain. They wanted me to leave the dress and have it fixed. Yeah right! I’m not going to trust these people to touch my clothing again. We demanded a refund and were told to come back after 5 because that’s when the manager comes. Total inconvenience!!! Here we are not only on my husbands day off wasting time, but yet they want us to leave and come back to speak with a manager because the girl at the counter can’t make any type of managerial decision. We then demanded to have her call the manager on the phone and have her take a picture with her cell phone so he could see the difference. The difference from the left side to the right was about 1 ½ inches. After wasting time on the phone with the manager, «Johnny» he then tried to say we washed the dress and why did we take so long to come in.
I dropped my items off on the 30^th of March and picked them up on ⁰⁴⁄₀₁ and then went back to complain on ⁰⁴⁄₂₂. I didn’t realize there was a time frame on when you needed to complain about your items being hemmed incorrectly. Needless to say, the jerk refused to refund me my $ 20. I guess at this place the customer is never right and made out to be a liar. I’ll never take any item back to this place for ANY type of service
You can keep my $ 20, because I was able to find someone else who does quality work and didn’t charge me for the mistake YOU guys made!
This place is a joke. The BBB needs to be made aware of the shoddy type of business you guys are running.

My boyfriend gets all his work shirts cleaned here which is how I knew about this place. Really friendly staff and had a few dresses altered here and the guy does a great job. Price is reasonable and worth it because his work is wonderful and as long as the dress is perfect I’m happy !

I checked this place out when my husband got a new job and need to have his shirts ironed or pressed. I can do a lot of things, but ironing is not one of them. My friend and fellow Unilocaler Dyanna L suggested I try Deluxe Cleaners & Alterations. I am so glad I did.
They have very reasonable prices and have a quick turn around time as far as getting your items back. I have even started getting some of my dresses cleaned here as well. I also had them do an alteration on a bra. I was so pleased with the work they did and they even got it done sooner then they originally said!
