I visited Bertha last month and it was genuinely an incredible experience! It was the second facial I had ever gotten. I was a little hesitant because my first exposure to facials was with a woman named Linda at a different spa and when I left my face was gooey and she left a scar :’(
Anyways, Bertha was the complete polar opposite! She took her time and everything she uses is organic and feels so good on my skin! After the facial my face was glowing and my mom and friends noticed without me saying anything to them about it. Bertha went through my pores to clean them out properly so that the skin on my face can breath and be more radiant.
She also informed she does brazillians! I highly recommend going to Bertha if you want your face to glow as it should.

I’ve been to Bertha’s a total of 3 times now; all 3 times have been exceptional and 6 out of 5 stars. That’s how good it is.
I don’t really know how else to convince people to go to her. Just go and give it a shot, you’ll end up going back to her.
I believe 5 stars should go to places that are exceptional in skill AND service. You’ll notice that I’ve given her 5 stars so that should speak for itself.
GO and give it a shot. It’ll be worth it, trust me.

Bertha was absolutely fantastic. I found her with a Groupon, and I will continue to use her. Deep cleaning facial – my skin has never felt so good. She was truly amazing. Even cleaned up my eyebrows. Can’t wait to go back.

I went to Bertha over year ago. I have literally given up on my skin. I had gone to dermatologist and other facial ladies and nothing no results. I was breaking out really bad to a point where I didn’t care to scratch off my pimples. I know it’s gross. My friend took me here and Bertha was very welcoming and my made me feel I was in good hands. She did extraction and what not. On my first facial I had tremendous results after a month I kept going over the months and my skin got better and better! now my skin is so beautiful because of her. I am so happy. Thank you Bertha! You saved my face. I wake up feeling beautiful. Her prices are worth every penny.

Went to Bertha today for a 90 minute facial and she is amazing! My skin is as soft as a baby’s bottom! She is very experienced & it shows. Definitely will be coming back to her soon!

Bertha gave me the best 90 min facial I have ever gotten. She cleaned every single pore, took her time, and used great products on my skin.
She also threaded my eyebrows and made them look even better. Threading is an art and she’s very good at it.
Before leaving, I ended up buying some of her natural products. Not only do they smell good and are natural, but they are also affordable which I love! I had very dry skin so she helped me out a lot. I definitely recommend her! I will be back for another facial and threadings for sure!

I purchased a Brazilian Wax deal via groupon, and just completed my first of many appointments to come with her. Here’s why I will definitely be back: firstly, she was such a sweet and inviting personality which made me feel very comfortable in a very exposed state, ya know… Since my stuff was just… Out there. Lol. Secondly: even as surprisingly fast as our appointment went, she clearly took her time to be thorough and ensure that I was as comfortable and pain free as possible. Her prices are extremely reasonable given her quality of service, and I am excited to say the least to see her soon for a facial and will probably purchase one for my mom also. :)

She is so personable. She has a great sense of humor. The way she waxes is nearly painless. You can tell she knows what she is doing.
Overall I had a great experience and will return.

My husband surprised me for my 40^th birthday with a Brazilian wax. I’ve never had one before and was always curious about it. Bertha was great– she explained step by step and took her time with me. She was very gentle as well. My husband had an easy time coordinating with her as this was a surprise. I am very pleased and hope to do it again! Great first time experience.

Bertha is very personable. Her knowledge is evident and appreciated. She was a little late because she was accommodating the person that had an appt in front of me, who was a little late. Not really her fault. She took her time with me and allowed me to take a few breaks here and there as this was just my second Brazilian wax and I was having a hard time laying on my back that long while 7 months pregnant. She was very accommodating and even creative in trying to have me lay on my side as she gave me a Brazilian wax. She really is amazing. She texts for appt which is my preference as well and I am about to book another appt.

Such a pleasant experience with my Eyebrow appt that I will return for more services like 90 min Facial and Brazilian Waxing. She’s a Perfectionist so don’t see her in a rush. She’s thorough.

This is a male review of Bertha’s Spa and my experience with getting a ‘Manzilian’ with a female companion.
My girlfriend and I visited Berthas around New Years to get Brazilian waxes. This was our first time getting one for both of us– we were brave, but I must admit that my mind was filled with visions of myself holding onto my lady’s hand whilst screaming in agony.
To start, Bertha was very approachable as far as setting up an appointment went, as you may call OR text her to set something up.
We agreed to meet her at her Spa’s location during the day; she greeted us both warmly, and my lady friend went into the room to proceed with her wax. During this time, I waited outside in the hall. Berthas is located in a great location (btw), which is pretty much a one-​stop-​shop for all your beauty needs. It’s a very nice touch to be able to get your hair cut, nails did, and your wax in the same building. To top it off, Bertha is located right at the entrance (win)!
My gf’s wax took about 30 – 40 minutes and she came out smiling. I was up next, so Bertha beckoned me into the room with my lady following.
You already know what happened next, but what you don’t know is that I was laughing the entire time. Bertha does an extremely good and detailed wax. Even as a first timer, I could tell she had tons of experience in waxes/​hair removal, and that one of her primary concerns is your comfort.
She likes to take her time with her waxing, which = much less pain, a more thorough wax, and more time to talk to Bertha (she’s a warm person with a great sense of humor). She even had a bit of time to show me her elite threading skills, which were quite impressive!
All-​in-​all, my girlfriend and I had an AWESOME, COMFORTABLE, and ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE AT BERTHAS.
We will definitely be visiting Bertha again, and we’ll continue recommending her masterful services to anyone in need of them.

Ms Bertha is a really nice lady and her personality deserves a 5 star :)
I tried her facial out a couple of days ago and I wish she would have listened to my personal needs a bit more. I really wanted to get a relaxing facial experience and since my skin is pretty clear I didn’t necessary need a ton of extractions. I missed the facial massage part. She charges $ 150 for 90 min I find it pricey however she can also give you a better rate if you buy 3.

Bertha has done my brows a couple of times now and she’s great! She’s very meticulous so don’t expect to be in and out of here in 5 minutes like you do at the eyebrow bar places. She’s very friendly and social. She did run ~10−15 minutes late both times I went, and if you wait in the hallway you have to listen to the housewives pontificating on topics they apparently feel quite irate about. Very nice lady and great work!
