Got an annual AC check. Showed up on time, no upsell, added some freon, and let me know what we needed to keep an eye on down the road. Ruben was great, knowledgeable, and informative and didn’t try to perform service that wasn’t needed. Great experience.

I took advantage of a Groupon with the company. The Groupon fine print stated «One per household.» My household has 2 AC units. Before the appt, I confirmed with the company on the phone that my 2 units were covered under the one Groupon. Upon arriving at my door, the technician called the owner and he declined servicing both units. I spoke with him and he was curt and rude. I liked the tech and he did a fine job, it appears. However, because of the behavior of the owner and his belligerent attitude to a new customer due to incorrect information given to Groupon and provided by his own receptionist, I have to give this business 2 stars. I will not be calling them for follow up service and will take my business elsewhere.

I called Aire Serv after being told by another company I needed to replace my entire furnace. Don showed up right on time as promised. Simply re-​lit the pilot light, set the T-​Stat to call for heat and the furnace fired right up. The other company said the thermocouple was bad and they couldn’t replace it due to the age of my furnace. I suspect they were trying the classic «bait and switch». Thanks Don for having integrity and being honest.

I bought their reduced price service contract through another site. It was wonderful! I had another company, but they rarely came out, and their technicians were not very competent. I had to read the instructions for one of their techs and explain it because he had limited English. This was a sign that I needed a new company!
Aire Serv has been wonderful. Originally, I got a one call service special. Once the tech was out here, he said that I needed an expensive part. He told me that if I got the service contract, it would be cheaper, so I did. He gave me the discount and finished the work.
A few months later, I still was having trouble getting the AC to run upstairs. The last company quoted a price of $ 1500. Their tech said that it was a motor problem, and that the motor in the AC had to be replaced. The Aire Serv tech came out and said that I had a «zone» system, and that it was not working correctly. The price quoted for the part was a fraction of what the other company wanted to charge! The AC has never worked better!
The checkups on the AC and heat have been thorough. They have a plumbing affiliate now.
Overall, my experience with them has been very positive. They even call you to remind you of services.

We called mid Sunday morning after my AC went out. They were here within an hour, fixed the motor in the unit and we were cool by lunch. I have no complaints, only raves, for the tech who came to the house.
Only issue was the person who answered the phone when my wife called was less than courteous. Gave definite attitude. Not like I wanted my Ac to go out on a 100 degree Vegas day, so lighten up. They are the sole reason it isn’t a 5 star review.

Came home at 9pm to find our AC not working… called these guys and they had a technician at my house within 30 minutes and my AC back up and running in 15 minutes… absolutely satisfied!

Excellent service– low price. The technician sent to our home was kind & professional. He was on time and courteous. He even put on booties over his shoes every time he entered my house. I was SO impressed. He worked hard, and the price was lower than the other company we were going to use. I was so happy with their work ethic, and I love this company.
Our A/​C needed a new capacitor, and it was fixed quickly. AIR SERV ROCKS!

Wow! We can’t say enough good things about Aire Serv. We had issues with our AC a few years ago and it was a fight to get the company our home warranty sent out to fix it. We had so many problems with that company that my friend suggested we contact his friend who owns Aire Serv. We did and they were amazing! They came out and fixed everything the home warranty company had done wrong. Fast forward to today when we went to our new house that we just bought to check on the flooring guys and found that it was 95 degrees in our house! I felt bad they had been working in that heat all day. We immediately called Aire Serv and asked if they could come out same day. She gave us a window from 6−8pm. We gladly took that. They called about 5:15 and said they were done early and could come now. The technician came and found the problem right away. He had the part on his truck and it was fixed within 10 minutes. He was knowledgable and so nice. We are so thankful for the prompt service. We would recommend Aire Serv to anyone looking for a good, honest AC company.

If you’re a savvy shopper like I am and call at least 5 different companies for quotes, be sure to call Aire Serve. I spoke with Jeremy over the phone and he promised to not only match the lowest bid I received, but beat it by $ 700, sight unseen! I recommend to give them a chance to do the same for you.
I needed a new air condenser, as mine was stolen from my house (I have a ground unit). As promised, Jeremy delivered! The technician he sent over was professional, courteous, and had a good sense of humor. The receptionist I talked to over the phone I might mention was also very helpful. Jeremy even stopped by during the install to say hi. This really went a long way for me in my book. I will be recommending all my friends and real estate contacts to this company. The customer service I received was really unmatched, as well as the pricing and professionalism.

Sold us defective unit and are failing miserably to provide service.

Unfortunately for me, my heater broke the day before Thanksgiving. The technician came out to the house on Friday, but was unable to obtain the part he needed to fix the unit as their suppliers closed for the 4 day weekend. Fortunately, it was a mild 75 degree weekend and the temp inside the house was tolerable. The office called me to let me know that the part had been ordered on Monday and scheduled an appointment for the tech to come back first thing in the morning. The tech was professional and very knowledgable, taking pictures of the issues with the unit to show me what had gone wrong. If I had further questions he didn’t seem put out, but took the time to go over everything with me. The only reason I’m giving them a 4 and not a 5 is just for the time it actually took to get my unit back up and working– which may very well have been the same with any HVAC company on a holiday weekend.

I had David work on my A/​C during the summer he was awesome and detailed, and I called back recently to ask for him to tune up my heater for winter, they said he is no longer with the company, why would you allow a great employee to leave??? Hard working employees are hard to find. I guess I will go somewhere else next time!

The technician who came out to ‘tune up’ my AC unit was Adam — very professional and considerate. He even called before he arrived to make sure I was home. Adam was really thorough in his inspection of the unit. He explained the diagnostic process in detail — putting any skepticism I had at ease. The one thing I really like about him is that he was completely honest and straight up with all my questions. No beating around the bush. If you are reading this review and plan to make an appointment with them, ask for Adam and he will take care of you.

i do maintains today, and technician suggest me to replace the motor fan, then they show me the price is $ 410 after 15% discount, they tell me if this time not replace, next time will be $ 480, so i just tell them go ahead, because my AC is 5 years old, i think about time, but after they install the parts, i go on-​line do some research, the motor fan brand is call” A.O. Smith — F48X85A01″, it’s only $ 113 every where, that’s mean they charge me the labor cost like $ 300, is 4 times of original price from outside, is way over price i think, i know i should order apart from somewhere, and call other technician to replace it, i don’t think any one will charge that high labor fee… just don’t buy any parts or replacement with them, you will regret…

I have used this company twice. Both times I have had a worker come out to my house who is friendly, honest, and professional. With the temperature over 100 degrees outside, I needed someone right away to fix my air unit. They were here within the hour I called. If you need someone to fix your air, and not sell you anything you do not need, you should give Air Serv a call!

I called Air Serv in May 2013. They were at my home within 4 hours and fixed the problem within 45 minutes. My house was blowing cold air again. The price was good, and they didn’t try and sell me anything. Professional and polite technician.
