A-1 Lock & Key Service

I needed to have keys made for a patio door. I went there and dropped my lock off and they were suppose to call me within two hours. Finally after 4 hours I called them myself and found that keys were ready. I got there and after charging me almost $ 15 for two keys they told me that they couldnt guarentt that it would work when i put the lock on my door. So I went home and put the lock back on my door and it worked so I decided to go out at the point I forget my cell and my keys in the house. i had gone out the back door after locking my patio door i went around and realized i had locked myself out of the house but i did have the keys to the patio door so i went to use them and found out that all they did was spin around and around so I called them and told them and asked if they could come out and get me back into my house. I had to use the neighbors phone and the guy on the phone told me «We only made the keys we cant help you» and they hung up on me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE I am very new to the area and couldnt beleive the service of this place I will never go there or recommend them

I needed 1 deadbolt placed on a front door of my rental property, I already had the deadbolt hardware. I called a couple of other places from google, and the lowest quote I got was $ 100. Call A-​1 and he quoted $ 60, and said he could be out there as soon as he was done with his current customer and gave a time estimate.
He later called back to let me know he was running late and adjusted his time estimate.
Came out, did the work quickly, was super friendly and professional.

Update: With the exception of 1 lock– all the other locks fell apart within 3mos. I went to a local hardware store and replaced them myself. If Unilocal offered negative stars I would have chosen that!
