Dunkin’ Donuts

It sucks this is the dunkin donuts in town. I literally go out of my way most days to go to another dunkin donuts and avoid coming here. I don’t know what it is, but they NEVER have gotten a f@$king order of mine correct. Simple orders such as a medium coffee and everything bagel with cream cheese, never right. Can’t understand it considering it’s never busy when I come here. These workers (kids) don’t listen because they don’t care. Dont know what has happened to work ethic these days. Come here if you want to be frustrated and have your order incorrect every time. This D&D is awful!

I stopped here while passing through.
I asked for an iced coffee without ice.
They gave me ice.
I asked for an everything bagel with cream cheese.
There was only cream cheese in hole of the bagel.
What, The, French, Toast?
With my new job it brings me by here every day.
Never stop in here again.

Black coffee does not mean with Splenda.
Boston crème donut does not mean glazed.
Who doesn’t have powered donuts at 8:30 in the morning???
On a brighter note, clean interior and free wifi.

Rude service, charged for 2 hash browns and gave us 0. Got the order wrong then slammed our drinks on the counter when asked to correct.

I’m a morning regular at this location. For the most part the service is excellent. They seem to have high turnover because I don’t see the same people for very long. It’s usually about a two week span and then there’s new people. I’ve never had any issues with orders being wrong and they’re always faster efficient getting the order ready.

I tend to avoid DD in general since I’m more of a Starbucks girl. That being said, when I’m late for work and don’t want to go out of my way for my A.M. caffeine then I’ll hit up this local Dunkin.
Three times during this past week (way more often than usual) I made it here. I hadn’t been for a while but I was running late. Every. single. one. of those stops was an abysmal experience.
Each one of those times I ordered an iced latte, no sugar, no whipped cream. 2 out of 3 times I got flavoring in the latte. The last time I got sugar — and I mean SUGAR. There were literally mounds of granules at the bottom of my cup. (Whatever happened to liquid sugar for coffee anyway?)
Each time the employees were bored and indifferent with my situation. Everything in their mannerisms told me «Yawn. This happens every day — because we couldn’t care less about the customer’s satisfaction.»
A couple of times I dealt with the manager — exact same attitude. In fact, they do not give refunds, they only «re-​make» your drink.
In short: rude employees, rude manager, incompetent staff, and completely inconsistent beverages. I just got a French press for my birthday and, in the future, will be relying on that rather than paying $ 7 for a terrible experience and 90 mg of caffeine.

Its not too busy during the week, and the service is fast and friendly. I avoid this place in the morning because of the heavy volume.
