Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner
Vignetto, Italian for vineyard, was born from my appreciation of the wine country culture where farm-to-table and world class wine is a lifestyle. I would visit Healdsburg often while working in the tech section in the City, eventually relocating full-time.
Once I moved up from San Francisco, I was fortunate to meet a number of winemakers and chefs who quickly became great friends. Some of the best meals I had were in friend’s backyards on paper plates drinking from stemless wine glasses. I still jokes today that when I first moved into this small town, I thought Albarino was an animal and fennel was a plastic tool.
I quickly learned that Albarino was an amazing Spanish varietal, and fennel wasn’t a plastic tool, but an incredible spice that tastes amazing on slow roasted pigs and stuffed into whole salmon.
Vignetto provides unique wine experiences for people who wouldn’t otherwise have access to them…“Living Wine Country Like a Local.”
