We REALLY do care about your success. Just ask one of our current LiveFit Boot Campers. They will tell you the stories of how we make sure they stay on track in our fitness boot camps and come to class even when they want to be lazy. When new clients join our fitness boot camps, they come to us thinking they are strictly coming for the daily workout routine. Little do they know that they are joining a family. This is a community of people with the same goals and aspirations. You become an important member of our fitness boot camps family. People will want to know why you didn’t show up to our fitness boot camps one day. They want to see you succeed almost more than you do! Trust me, if you miss class they are going to let you know about it!

History

Established in 2008.

iveFit’s founders, Jaron Eliopoulos and Jeffrey Sears, met at Sonoma State University in 2005 when they started in the school’s Kinesiology program. The two quickly became great friends and spent a lot of their free time together. They both share a strong passion for exercise and basketball. Jaron and Jeff were often found in the gym more than the classroom (and they went to all of their classes!). While still at Sonoma State, Jeff got himself involved as a Boot Camp instructor in Santa Rosa, CA.

After graduating from SSU, Jaron and Jeff decided that they wanted to start their own fitness company and improve upon what was available on the Boot Camp and fitness market. They worked around the clock forming their business concept and putting it all into place. Jeff taught Jaron his Boot Camp training style which he mastered and made his own while working at his hometown YMCA in Novato, CA.

Jeffrey S.

Business Owner

Jeff grew up in the Napa Valley where he was involved with athletics from a very young age. Jeff participated on a variety of baseball and basketball teams in his younger years before focusing on basketball. He played in high school and briefly at Napa Valley College, before transferring to Sonoma State University to concentrate on his education. Wanting to stay involved with athletics, Jeff kept busy playing for basketball and softball intramural championship teams, along with honing his own personal fitness and wellness.

Most recently, Jeff has been working in corporate wellness, personal training, teaching indoor fitness classes, outdoor boot camp classes, and designing/implementing sports performance training programs for children and teens.
