I had a few sessions with Spencer, and I didn’t learn anything that I didn’t already know. He came off as a be all know all even after I explained my goals. He proved he was not. You can also show up on time to your appointment and have to wait 15 minutes because he’s with his other client… don’t worry, your appointment will end right on time. Pay for an hour and get 45 minutes or less. Side note: if you have a significant other of the female type… be ready for him to make some awkward touches(butt, thighs) and advances towards said lady. The touches weren’t in a professional manner from how it was explained to me. Thanks for wasting my money.

Ive been to all kinds of gyms over the years and none have gotten me results like W Training. Spencer is super friendly and accommodating and thru finding his gym, I now call him a friend. He is extremely knowledgable in the fine technicalities that are fitness, weight training, diet and nutrition and presents the data to his clients in a usable not-so-scary fashion. His techniques and inspiration changed my life. I’ve recommended him to all my friends and coworkers who also use his services routinely.

I’ve been lucky enough to train with Spencer for over 3 years. Spencer has helped me reach my fitness goals after both of my pregnancies, along with following his simple meal plan. I’ve been able to maintain my goal weight, strength and size for checking in with him once a week, not to mention get a great workout that focuses on my core, lower body and all muscle groups. Since training with Spencer, family members, friends and co-workers have seen Spencer as well to achieve their fitness goals and haven’t been happier. The studio is always clean and he uses superior equipment.

I started training with Spencer after I hurt my back at work several years ago. He not only found a way to safely work around that fresh injury, but he also made accommodations for my other old injuries. I continued working with him after I fully recovered, and then through my entire pregnancy! Within 6 weeks of having my baby, I was back to my pre-baby weight! Now, with an almost two year old, I am in the best shape of my life! My husband now goes too after seeing what Spencer did for me. I love the customized workout, how I can change my fitness goals and Spencer’s ready with a new plan, and the fact I can train two hours a week and get WAY better results than when I’d go to the gym for hours a week!

Spencer is the reason I look and feel so great! He is a great motivator and he’ll make you work your ass off… literally! He provides water, both room temp and cold which is AWESOME because I love room temp water! He also provides towels, which you’ll definitely need. He lets you bring in your own music. If you work hard and follow his direction, you WILL make a big difference in your overall health and body. I used to have spaghetti arms and now when I fold them I can feel muscle. My glutes are rock hard and my legs look great in shorts! My abs are coming along, I just don’t like sit ups that much. ;) Seriously, if you want a kick butt workout with a VERY nice guy who has VERY good rates… GOSEESPENCER!!!

I have a natural urge to back slowly away from exercise, but this year that changed thanks to Spencer Wentworth at the W studio. — he’s extremely supportive and encouraging, which was really helpful for a novice like me — private organized and well lit studio with lots of clean, well-maintained equipment. no self-consciousness or worry about protocol/germs — very competitive prices and flexibility to work around my schedule — always stocked with water and I get to play my own music for the workout — workouts tailored for my ability and fitness/weight loss goals. After a whiplash injury, Spencer was careful to prevent injury and my doctor and physical therapist agree that working out(gently) greatly aided my recovery — I’m a physician, and Spencer knows his stuff about nutrition and physiology. I trust his advice.

I have been training with Spencer for about a year, first as a team member then as an individual client. Both experiences have been great.
