Purchased my 2007 Mini Cooper from here. The transaction to get it was a bit complicated, but that was mostly due to my fault anyhow. Otherwise, Ahmad was so helpful through the process. Very nice, friendly atmosphere here! Overall I’m very happy with this dealership.

The worst people to ever buy a car from. Ultimate assholes is what they should call themselves. They didn’t wanna help us in the start to buy the car. And when we did and negotiated they’re employee said «we hate dealing with your kind» if race is the issue your in the wrong business. But moral of the story a couple months after Buying the car. They cars coil pack went out and I didn’t bug them about it, but I had a spare tire from when they sold the car. And when I used that spare tire it went flat too and when I called to ask them if they could just help me out with my tire issue they hung up on me saying it’s not their issue

I bought a car from them and had a great time… Very nice to work with…

Beware of this dealership. They tried to play games on me because I’m young, but I’m not naïve.
They may seem look nice but they are greedy. Don’t be fool with they’re sugar coated words, they are one of those «Usual GREEDY DEALERSHIPS».
They tried to take advantage of me because I’m a first time car buyer instead of helping me. If you deal with these folks be aggressive and do some research first like I did.

I recently bought a Lexus RX300 from Alex. At first I had some mechanical issues with the car. Once I talked to Alex & told him about the situation he promised me he wouldnt turn his back on me. Most car dealers would just say «sorry about your bad luck» but Alex kept that promise and helped fix the issues I was experiencing. Now-​a-​days its hard to find ANYONE to stand by their word, but Alex at Ultimate Auto is a stand up guy and I would recommend UAS to anyone looking for a good used vehicle.

Is all I have to say, is go to this, and ONLY this dealership. All of their cars are like brand new! Alex is absolutely amazing, the woman there (I forgot her name!!) was also incredibly nice. It is a very well-​run business. These are people you can really trust, and there aren’t many dealerships out there where I can say this. I worked with Alex on purchasing my vehicle, and he was very professional – exceeding far beyond the standards. Also very laid-​back. A very comfortable, at-​home atmosphere. Also, the car looked better in person than in the picture, which surprised me. Absolutely unforgettable, amazing experience! Thank you Ultimate Auto Sale!!!

What can I say that hasn’t been said already??? After searching for weeks for the right car for our family I came across a Craigslist add for a 2003 Nissan Maxima that looked BRAND NEW. The car had great mileage for it’s year, was a reasonable price and was in PRESTINE condition.
I called Ultimate Auto on a Monday and Rosanna said that while they are usually open until 7pm, they had to close up at 6:30 because Alex had an appointment that he needed to keep. I pleaded with her to ask him to stay until I could get there (at 6:30) and I told her I was VERY interested in the car. Alex canceled his appointment for me and said he would be on the lot until we arrived.
When I got to Ultimate Auto the car was ready with the keys waiting for a test drive. Before getting in the car Alex went over all the details of the vehicle with us and was able to answer all of our questions on the spot. The car looked just as good as it did in the pictures and it drove like it looked. CLEAN.
Alex gave us a great deal. He gave us the car we wanted, at the price we wanted, and made this purchase a very pleasurable experience. You can tell by talking with Alex that he truly loves what he does for a living, and he’s not just in it «for the money». I truly feel that Alex and Ultimate Auto went above and beyond as far as pre-​owned car lots are concerned. They did exactly what they had to do to make me a happy customer.
Very professional, not pushy at all and GREAT customer service.
I have been to TONS of used car lots, and this one is the ONLY one that I have left feeling good about.
Alex even called the next day to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase!
If you are in the bay area (which I am not) go to Ultimate Auto before stepping foot on another lot. It will save you time, money and a lot of frustration!

My husband and I were in desperate need of a new commuter but we knew our credit wasn’t the best so we were leary of going to a ‘big dealership’ because we knew we were going to get turned down for a loan. I found a car that I really loved online and it was at Ultimate Autos. I decided to apply online for a loan and try my luck.
I started talking to Alex there and he said he would try to get me the best deal possible, even with not so great credit and I started to have a little hope that I’d get a car that i not only loved, but was a great price. I worked with Alex on the deal and with my husband ad a co-​buyer, we were able to get the car, but the bank had shot up our interest rate so high!
Right away, Alex went to bat for us. Alex acutally got the bank to significantly DROP our interest rate, even with our not so good credit! It was amazing how he just wasn’t interested in the sale, but really wanted to get us the best deal possible. How many car dealerships actually do that?! I don’t know how many, but I know that Ultimate Autos went above and beyond and really took care of us.
Everyone at Ultimate is kind and hard working and they work for YOU. I told Alex without hesitation that when we needed another car, we’d be back to Ultimate Autos to purchase one. If you are looking for a used vehicle, this is definetly the place to go!
