She does a great job with removing stains and has a great turnaround time. I have been going to her for years and have NEVER been disappointed. I definitely recommend her.

First time dropping off dry cleaning a few weeks back and they were having maintenance done so there was a delay in picking up my pieces. Lady at the front was nice. Was able to park on the street for drop off and pick up so it was very quick in and out which is always great.

Check your pockets, they will steal!!! My wife took one of my suits and a shirt here, she forgot to check the pockets before handing them over. She was just trying to do me a favor since I normally take it myself. When I found out she did this we went together to pick it up because I knew there was stuff in the pockets. I checked the pockets of the clothes and they were all empty. I asked the lady if she saw my stuff, and she said no and wasn’t even going to look around. I asked why they didn’t check the pockets before cleaning, she seems to think it’s not her job. Maybe I just had an unusually great cleaner before but EVERYTIME i brought something to him he checked all the pockets right in front of me and if he found anything he handed it to me. I kind of do expect it to be your job, especially when it’s a brand new customer. She barely looked around and said she’d call me if she found anything. This is what went«missing» Apple Earphones $ 80 — jacket inside right pocket — gone! Silver tie clip $ 80 — jacket inside left pocket — gone! $ 10 cash — pants left pocket — gone! Business card — pants left back pocket — gone! Collar stays from the shirt — gone! Which would not just fall out they have to be removed! Supposedly of all of the above items the only thing they saw was the earphones that came out during the wash. When I asked for them they claim that the earphones were ruined by the chemicals so they threw them away. There’s no way that everything else just fell out!!! I even found a receipt in the back right pocket of the pants. Everything of value falls out but this stays? My wife and I just moved to the area, and even though this is the closest cleaners we will not use this place again. It’s really too bad because you had a chance to win a new faithful and consistent customer. I would have spent more at your store in a few months time that you got by being inconsiderate of my stuff. Please be more careful with other peoples clothes and belongings.

I decided to check out Sunshine based on Unilocal reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. Great service and my clothes look fantastic!

I’ve found my cleaners: *easy parking in front *great service, after my second visit, she remembered my name *reasonable pricing, 4 pcs, plus shortening pant, $ 25. *delivers on date promised *use PLASTIC clips on my delicates, not full gauge safety pins *gets my stink out *understands client needs without all the haggling, if there is a crease, they crease! LOVE. Thanks, you are MY sunshine, because you keep me looking sharp.

I am so disappointed with this cleaner; the only reason I didn’t give them one star is that the proprietor was fairly nice. Unfortunately, they ruined two of my favorite, vintage Hugo Boss faux fur coats. I bought these years ago for ~$ 220 each, and since I don’t wear them much I never had them cleaned. I finally decided it was time to take them in for cleaning, and after reading all of the great Sunshine Cleaner reviews, I decided to trust them with my coats. When I first walked in, the proprietor asked if I was sure the coats should be dry cleaned; after checking the coat care instructions she confirmed that they are«dry clean only». The way that she was looking at them, I guessed that Sunshine hadn’t cleaned that type of coat before. I wasn’t feeling too confident in leaving them, so I asked if she was sure that they knew how to clean them. She said yes, there’s only one dry cleaning process so the coats should be fine. Unfortunately, it turns out not to be so simple. The proprietor told me when I picked up the coats that, if I ever have them dry cleaned somewhere else, I should warn the cleaner to dry them without heat, otherwise the fibers of the coats would shorten. I realized when I got them home and took them out of the plastic that that’s exactly what seemed to have happened. The fiber of both coats is significantly shorter, and it really takes away the beautiful luxury look that they had. My husband, who rarely notices details on any clothing, was actually the first one to see it. To make things worse, I paid $ 25 per coat for cleaning. So basically I paid $ 50 to have my $ 440 coats ruined. I actually may give them away rather than feel upset every time I see them like this. Need I say that this is very disappointing, and I will not be going back. Unilocal reports another terrific dry cleaner in Fremont and although that’s further from me, I’ll try them next time.

The five star rating is exactly what they deserve! I would give more if I could. Compared to other Hayward dry cleaners, and I’ve been to four… this one is the BEST! The owner is nice, and gets the job done well and fast. For a very reasonable price, too. I brought shirts full of lint that needed to be pressed and cleaned, and she did it in under 24 hours! Amazing job. And I was surprised the cost was only $ 5 per shirt. This is definitely the go-to spot from now on!

I’m impressed. I brought in a coat and they said they were not sure if they could do it. But I insisted because it says dry clean only. I was in no rush and I got it in a few days. It looked new and smells good. To make things even BETTER, the pocket strap was already ripped off. When I got it back they even took the time to put it back together. I will be coming back!

WOW. Give this place a try. I was a little skeptical of all the positive reviews here but decided to go. I dropped it all off: men’s shirts, women’s blouse, jeans and different styles & cloths of jackets and a week later EVERYTHING was returned back to me looking amazing. Even my cotton white coat that no one has been able to return to me looking satisfactory now looks better than when I first bought it. I actually don’t remember it EVER looking this great. Also, great cutomer service. The same white coat didn’t look good enough for her to give back to me so she asked if she could keep it one more day. Long story short: I’m definitely coming back. I suggest you give them a try. Mention you heard of them from here( Unilocal). No discounts but it means you’re a new customer & businesses always like to know where they are best advertised.

I too was forced to find a new cleaner when my previous one started to fail and turn around. I have since used Sunshine for about 1 load(2 – 3 blazers, slacks, and sofa covers) per month, and have never been disappointed. I have to give kudos to the woman there who has on two occasions now helped me get out of a «last minute, no dress clothes!!!» bind, agreeing to rush the service at no extra charge. She is also very friendly.

The lady working there was very nice. I didn’t realize there was plenty of parking in the back lot, so the first time I parked on the residential street nearby. When I picked up my dry cleaning, I used the parking lot in the back. My coats were ready within 5 days. I didn’t ask for it to be rushed or anything, but I’m sure that is an option.

I’m pretty pleased with this place. It’s by no means close to my house but the bf went there with my clothes. They are reasonable priced and extremely nice. I always love mom and pop shops instead of the big stores. My dress came back really clean and without the nasty spot it went in with. Score for the future hubs in discovering it!

I have been going to Sunshine Cleaners weekly for over two years. They are the best and friendliest cleaners in town. They put in just the right amount of starch in my blouses. I bought a lot of new clothes and needed all the slacks hemmed. They turned it around in one week and all were perfect. The owner is a very nice woman.

On Friday morning, I went to a cleaner before going to this one. The other one kicked me out because they couldn’t do it on time before Monday. I went to Sunshine, they said they could do it for me before Monday and they are closed on Sunday just like the other business. They understood my urgent need, which came last minute, and offered to solve it. Thanks.
