Adrian Stovall – State Farm Insurance Agent

I would of chosen 4 ½ stars if I could of.
Just wanted to get his name out there. Located in Hayward downtown on the east side of the main drag. I usually calll, but parking was readily available the one time when I went by.
I like how he always seems to remember me/​us. I only tell him my first name and he is able to pull is up. Yes, it could be TECHNOLOGY, but I like the concept anyhow. AND, he is always pleasant to talk to.
My husband is the one who started with him and and, when we got together, I was just added on. I like how he seems very honest, almost to an annoying fault… only because it was something I didn’t necessarily want to hear.
In six years, we have had one filing. My husband was rear-​ended VERY BADLY. It took months in the shop… State Farm could of chosen to total the car, but didn’t. Then, there were more things found with the car as they «got into it». I really admire how State Farm stuck to their word. I would of liked if we could of dealt through Adrian, but had to call the other person’s insurance (AAA or USAA, as they are apparently known now) and some other «group» in State Farm to deal with it… Bottom Line: My husband is pleased with how the car turned out/​looks — as opposed to how upset he was the day of the accident. He is steamed…
I just renewed today, Adrian was as pleasant as ever, and, our rates didn’t go up.
