I had very similar experience with Mr. Anderson as the other one star reviewer. He seems very sleezy and difficult to get hold off. When he showed up to court, he had almost always somewhere else to run to. He was very confrontational and always found something to pick on and argue, even though my husband and I had agreed to the terms. It felt like he wasted a lot of time for his personal fits and instigating conflict which wasn’t even there.
Per Mutual Settlement Agreement, I agreed to pay him $ 2,500 of my husband’s fees. When calling to pay, several back and forth messages since he was very difficult to get hold of, he refused to provide me with the statement of the services that I was paying for. My husband said that he didn’t owe this layer more than $ 1,000 & that he also couldn’t get hold of Mr Anderson and get any latest statements. I ended up paying this laywer and never received list of services that my $ 2,500 covered.
Similar to other one star reviewer, if you value your family and kids, find someone much better than this attorney.

If you truly care about your family, DO NOT HAVE ERNEST ANDERSON TAKE ON YOUR CASE!!! Unethical and has no heart that you are fighting for your life (your children)! Broken promises. No follow through. No reassurance. Does not answer your calls. No paper work. Nothing!!! You will waste your time, your money, and your family!

Mr. Anderson is an attorney that I would highly recommend. He has been my attorney since 2011 and has been there for me and my children. Another benefit is that he was prior military and knows the military laws as well.
He is an attorney who is family oriented, kind hearted, and very knowledgeable. Thank you Mr. Anderson and staff for representing me in court and helping me out.
