My name is Andree Taylor, and I have been serving our community for the last 13 years in it legal needs in Family Law, Personal Injury Law, and criminal defense.

I am a Bay Area native, born and raised, I attended San Leandro High school, Berkeley High School, UC Berkeley (Where I played football), and UC Hastings College of the Law. Prior to opening my own practice 12 years ago, I worked for the Alameda County District Attorney’s office and for a personal injury defense firm.

I believe in providing clients with aggressive representation and informing them of their case and options every step of the way. I believe that is the formula to success when working together on your case. I look forward to working with you.

I would not hire this attorney for any family law case. I can not speak to his expertise in other types of law cases. He is nice, personable and intelligent.
However, in my experience he is either overcommitted or has follow through issues. In my case, the damage was done by dragging my divorce case out 2 years longer than it should have gone and because I had no visibility into the California required mandatory settlement you have to believe what your attorney states. During the two years he promised to file motions, subpoenas, etc. nothing was filed except when his associate who subsequently left was a part of his firm.
If you have a contentious divorce go with a more aggressive attorney. If it is something easily settled he may be for you.

Mr. Taylor consulted with me in regard to a divorce and child custody issue.
I met with him and he was personable and had suggestions as to how we should approach my upcoming case.
I ended up representing myself but I wanted to add that Mr Taylor refunded my entire deposit back to me because he felt it was the right thing to do.
I can’t tell you how pleased I am with his morals and values of «doing the right thing». He is an attorney with great integrity.
