History

Established in 1969.

This practice was started in by my father, Bill H. Lampi in 1969. He specialized in chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcy and also served as a chapter 7 trustee for several years. I came to work here as a legal assistant in 1992 and took over the practice as an attorney in 2003. My father, semi-​retired, still works part time, behind the scenes. We still only focus on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 consumer cases, something we have been doing for a long time.

Business Owner

Sarah Lampi Little received her law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2001, and earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration/​Finance from California State University Hayward. She has worked as a tax consultant for Ernst and Young LLP and as a Bankruptcy Consultant for Bankruptcy Management Corporation, which specializes in large scale Chapter 11 administration.
