This review is solely for LUCIA aka TIJERAS. I’ve been coming here for months now! Finally found a great hair dresser! She’s very friendly, extremely skilled and finishes quickly with great results. Make your appointment with Lucia/​Tijeras, she works at her station every two weeks on Saturdays. You must call or text her before coming in, to know which Saturday she’s here. Her phone number is (925)628−2611. The salon is very clean and has a nice open space to it, with great vibe. It’s located in the middle of other businesses, just on A st. at Mission Blvd.

I been a customer for about 4 years. I can say that i found my stylish. Laura always takes her time to explain what she’s going to do or put on my hair. Its a clean place and i really enjoy the massage i get when she washes my hair. I always get great compliments on my hair designs. My kids also love to get their hair done with her. My baby would always cry when they cut his hair but she new how to make my son feel safe and cute. THANK YOU Laura for treading us like your family!

The owner of this place is personable, the salon is not upscale, it is a regular, small business. Also, for the work, their prices are very high. My hair is just below shoulder length and straight. I went in for her to curl my hair, that’s it. I was charged $ 70. Seventy dollars, and since I’m not rude, I had to give her a $ 10 tip, so it was $ 80. For regular ass curled hair. I believe that since I am outside of her typical clientele or not one of her «regulars» she made a judgement call and decided to over-​charge me. If you decide to go in for a service anyway make sure you ask up front what they charge as their prices aren’t listed. I will be sticking with Bliss on B Street-​upscale, clean, well trained staff and do a phenomenal job, and very reasonable prices for Hayward (the most I’ve paid for a haircut is $ 45).

Trying to grow out my home dye job and had Lorena do a cut and color for me. My hair is now a silky and beautiful, shiny strawberry blonde. I still have some split ends to grow out, but Lorena did a wonderful layered haircut for me. Great price for a cut and color, that my wallet could afford. Thank you, Lala and Impressions Hair Design, for making me beautiful!

Great hair place good prices seemed very professional

A new, clean and nice salon.
I had threading done on my eyebrows by Jalpa (510−557−5568).
She asked if I have questions/​concerns/​requests before starting and then did a very good job shaping my eyebrows. She does not recommend to come back every other week to everyone like some other threading people do. That is because, she said, everyone is different.
Service was $ 10+tip, and I also would like to mention she was nice accommodating my schedule change.
