Reasonable prices and they replaced the window on back right side within 2 hrs. Very friendly and helpful. They cleaned out the sticky paper on my windshield and put air in my tires since they noticed it was low.
Great customer service and they guarantee the work. Definitely recommend this place for glass replacement. They sell and replace tires too.

A rock hit my windshield and Amad at Express Auto Glass took care of me! I called in and he reassured me that he could see me before they closed. Super friendly, reliable and informative! I give this place five stars and my highest recommendation for glass repairs!

I was driving on the freeway and a rock hit my windshield and I immediately started calling places to get it repaired. Most places are mobile services and charge $ 70+ to seal the crack. I called Amad and he assured me that I could be seen that day. I drove over and he came out immediately and started helping me. I had spoken to the dealership service department earlier and they had mentioned it would costs $ 900 to order my windshield because it was a brand new car and currently no aftermarket products were available. I was determined to get the crack sealed. Amad made this happen and I can barely see the seal at all. I have never seen such a great job on a seal before. So happy that I found this place!

I took my 4runner here yesterday. I was quoted $ 130 for a rear window by Amad. They sent me a txt pic saying they have a new window in stock. I got there and it looked used. I did not call anywhere else for a quote and just wanted this repaired. I called this place due to the good reviews I read on Unilocal.Most of all it was next to my home and it was convenience. Since I am booked on time I just told them to go ahead with the repair. They then ripped out my rear window, using a razor blade. This is standard procedure. However I later on found that THEY CARELESSLY SCRATCHED MY PAINT WITH THE RAZOR AROUND THE WINDOW. If this was my other car (newer) I would be furious. However my 4runner is not a beater either.
So after they removed the old glass I was told the glass did not fit. They got another glass and I find out after they got the new glass that it would cost 30 bucks more? Why since they are both new right? At this point I noticed the scratches on my truck. I told them to stop the work. I just wanted to get out of there.
I use to manage auto repair shops and dealerships for 10 years. Nothing about this place is professional. They don’t even have the right tools for the job. Ill take my truck to a professional shop, which cost 40 bucks more from their SECOND quote. Even if its out of my way.
I would hate to think what additional damage may have occurred if they completed the job.
See the pictures and judge for yourself. Ignore the tape residue around the scratches.

If you cant fess up to the scratches you put on. I can post pictures prior to bring it into your shop since I took pictures for my insurance company. I’m providing a honest feedback. You said the glass is from ATI? You told me it was Pilkington brand. Sound like you are running your business with lies. If you really want to take this further I can let the small claims court decide.

It looks like a 4^th grader put on epoxy on my glass. Don’t worry they covered it with blue tap so I couldn’t see it until after I took off the tape.
Stay away from this low quality shop. Shop elsewhere

Best price in town by far! Window looks perfect and I made the appointment the evening before I needed it done. I even got to pick the time! So pleased! Saved over $ 200 by coming here instead of the big brand place. Will be back in the future.

Walked in with a half crack windshield, and within 20 minutes I was out of the shop.
In terms of pricing, I called in almost every shop I could find information in Hayward, Union City, Fremont and Milpitas, and AIA auto express Glass shop had the best price. The price difference was $ 80 compare to all other quotes I received for the glass repairs.
I highly recommend Express Auto glass in Hayward, since they were professional and I was out in 30 minutes.

I came here on a Saturday to replace my windshield as I had a few cracks that spread from a tiny chip. My husband called around to see who was available at a convenient time for us and who had decent prices. Our search came to this place! Service was prompt and quick. It took about 45 min for the whole thing which was expected. We waited in the waiting room with a written sign for access to their wifi (which is a definite plus!). I waited to make sure everything was sealed and good with my windshield before writing this review. No air pockets, nothing weird, everything looks amazing and I’m glad I can see through a clear glass again! I’m so happy! Prices seriously can’t be beat! I’ll be definitely recommending friends and family to this place. The guy who helped us through the process was super polite and courteous. 5 stars all around!

I got a star chip going to Costco… bad enough I was going to Costco on a Friday. I called Express Auto and they sent me Armando. Quick FAST and fixed… with the heat of the day I didn’t want to run the risk of the chip growing into a crack. LOVE that they have mobile service and could get it done as fast as they did.

Shattered window was fixed in 30mins. Quick and best price in the Hayward area. Trust me I checked evrywhere.

I have a 2005 Honda accord and I needed to replace my windshield after a giant rock smashed it on 880. Damn 880!
I made an appointment the day prior and everything pulled through. I came on a Saturday at 9am. It took them about 30 minutes to replace my windshield so in the meantime, I walked to a nearby Starbucks. When I came back, I was happy with the results. They advised me to leave my windshield alone — meaning no washing the car or removing the blue painters tape. I did exactly that and it’s been a few months with my windshield perfectly in place.

Had problems with my toyota highlander 2011 drivers side power window. The window became unaligned and wasn’t able to completely close. I called multiple shops for quotes, but None of them even wanted to tell me in detail what could possibly causing the problem. This shop though, explained in detail what the problem most likely is and provides some estimated quotes. The work and price were great with Excellent customer service from Omonti (manager). After everything was done I noticed a rattling noise when closing the door. Omonti hooked me up and took even more time to open the panel again to stop that rattle.

Quick and easy repair of my side window by Express Auto Glass. I had my car window smashed in. I called around to different places and found some super inflated prices for a car window. Express Auto Glass had a great price for used glass and the price for new glass was even cheeper than the other places I called.
So I went with the new glass. They cleaned out all the broken glass in my car put in the new glass quick and easy and it looks great. The are also available when you need them. I called on July 4^th and they were there to answer my call, great service.

Quick easy repair done by Express Auto Glass. Had trouble finding the place at first. But the GPS, brought me to the wrong place. So Unilocal gotta fix that. They were quick and fast. I was literally done within 45 mins. And for a an amazing price. I would love to do business with them in the future.

so, like MANY others, i was vandalized last night and my back window was smashed wide open… leaves a SICK feeling in your stomach when your car had been violated.
i live in miserable haye$ valley in $F, so MONEY is all $F thinks about these days. called around to various $F places when i saw my destruction…$ 350 to replace the back glass on a 95 isuzu? are you NUTS!!!
AND that stinking place in the mission that quoted me that exorbitant price…(shall i tell you who the mofos were???) should be shot
LUCKILY, my family lives in hayward so i thought i could do a visit AND get my glass taken care of. so i called and spoke to the manager.
YES, they could do it NOW and YES, for ONLY $ 200.
they were wonderful — truly. even talked to me about some other work my car needs but ill have to defer on for now — but they were NICE AND had great prices to offer
