Such a great experience at V and A Auto Body! They took care of everything for me from start to finish. They were very fast and efficient. The customer service is amazing! Their work is impeccable! So happy I came here! Hands down the best Auto Body shop I’ve ever been too! Thank you V and A Auto Body!

I stopped by today and they were polite, efficient and most importantly honest. Very positive experience.

After some moron backed their vehicle into my parked car on a public street causing substantial damage to the front bumper & hood. I of course contacted my Insurance Company (Wawanesa) to report the incident.
Popular to contrary belief (depending on your Insurance Company) ‘Property Damage’ only does not need to be reported to the Police in order to file a claim with your Insurance Company. I explained this to the representative I spoke with from Wawanesa who agreed with me.
After explaining when I parked my vehicle and when I noticed the damage I was asked if I wanted to bring my vehicle to a Certified Wawanesa Auto Body shop for inspection, I of course agreed. My representative placed me on hold, contacted the Auto Body shop and quickly returned with a date/​time that I could bring my vehicle in for inspection.
I was still able to drive my vehicle. On the day of my prescheduled inspection I showed up a good 2 hours early without prior warning simply because at the time it worked better for me. Upon showing up I was asked for my reference number and was taken right in without question.
The inspection of my vehicle which included pictures & measurements only took a few minutes. After the inspection was completed the Auto Body shop needed to get approval from Wawanesa in order to complete the Auto Body work. I was advised this process normally took 1 – 2 days. I advised the employee that I had a scheduled trip to Las Vegas that was quickly approaching in which I was driving said vehicle. The employee listened to my concerns and before receiving the preapproval from my insurance company actually started ordering the parts needed to repair my vehicle which I thought was great.
I was using a Wawanesa certified Auto Body shop & my claim was approved within a day. I setup a follow up appointment to drop my vehicle off & for Enterprise to pick me up in order to pick up a ‘loaner.’ I brought my vehicle in, dropped it off, signed a few forms & waited for Enterprise to come and pick me up.
The wait exceeded 15 minutes at which point without me asking the Auto Body shop began calling Enterprise to ensure they were coming, shortly after Enterprise showed up. During my wait there was a nice little lobby area with a comfortable couch & magazines.
When leaving I was quoted a time of 3 – 5 days for the work to be completed, it was completed in 3. Every step of the way I received several follow up phone calls from the Auto Body shop informing me of the status of my vehicle.
Once the work was completed I was able to return said ‘loaner’ to Enterprise, be driven back to the Auto Body shop, pay my deductible & drive away within an hour. V & A even washed, vacuumed & cleaned all windows on my vehicle which was a nice touch.
As for the repairs they were completed perfectly without leaving any trace of damage and/​or Auto Body work being completed. Honestly looked as if my vehicle had just rolled off the showroom floor.
I hope I never have to come back to any Auto Body shop but if I ever did without question I would come back here. If you are a Wawanesa customer it doesn’t matter where you live in Los Angeles this is the spot you need to bring your vehicle.
Overall I was very pleased with my experience here at V & A and pretty confident you will as well=)

Outstanding service and great people! It’s rare to find companies, let alone owners, who take the time to provide quality work and attention to detail. V&A did such an outstanding job with our 2012 Mercedes C300 that I didn’t hesitate going back. Pleasantly surprised and reassured, they went above and beyond with our latest insurance claim.

V & A Auto Body did a great job repairing the unfortunate damage to my vehicle. They were accommodating, professional, and communicated well between myself, the insurance company, and their shop. Not only did they do a great job repairing my car, but the owners are nice people; Ara treated me like a friend, not just another customer. I would recommend this shop!

Awsome Auto Body Shop, took my 2013 Honda Accord there twice already liked the service the first Time decided to take it there the second time. I had an individual that Was tail gating me in 105 fwy eastbound traffic time. He Rear ended me leaving my rear bumper scratched paint pealed off, bumpy ! Doctors at V&A auto body took care of it i trust them they are a Team of Honest people. I know My car is in good hands there when ever i need their help. They are just amazingly Incredible.

Awesome auto shop, both owners, Vic and Ara, are incredibly honest and polite. I have had numerous occasions in which people have hit my Toyota Camry and every time, I take it to V&A. Each time they have repaired my car to perfect condition, I can’t even tell that it’s been hit! They are very professional here and offer very good prices for their services. I recommend them 100%. Had my bumper done 2 times by them & both times were done flawlessly. They know how important it is to have your car back within the same day so they adjust their schedules to make sure your car is given back to you in time. Definitely would recommend anyone to come to this shop. Big thumbs up!

My car wasn’t even a year old from ownership… when some dummy decides to hit and run my car when it was parked. No note or anything. So the repairs were gonna come out of my pocket. I came to V&A Auto Body through a family recommendation and I’m really glad I did. My paint is hard to match and they did a great job. Quick turnaround and great pricing.

This place is LEGIT! Ara and his brother Vic run this place.
They are honest, Have great customer service, and fair prices. They also work really quickly.

Ara and his team took great care of me and my car. Initial repair time after my fender bender was 11 business days but my parts came in early and V&A got it done in 7!
The V&A team was very friendly and my car came out of their shop looking good as new — it was even washed and wiped down inside!
I plan on returning to V&A for a replacement part on my roof rack, and any of my other auto body needs!

Vic and his team are amazing. They understand that your vehicle is your lifeline and make every effort to get it back to you as soon as possible. They deal with your insurance company and give you up to date information on the progress of your car.
I had body work done after a fender bender on my infiniti and they got it back to me within a few days. I had a Honda a while back and the other body shop took 3 weeks for roughly the same scope.
I’ve referred all my friends to V & A and will continue to in the future.

I made an appointment 3 days before hand and drove about 20 minutes to get my car door fixed. When I arrived I was told they could not start on my car until the owner arrived and that they did not know when he would return. I was very disappointed. They did not try to reschedule or call the boss either. Very poor professionalism.

I happened to get into an accident last Wednesday and I needed to get my car dropped off ASAP. (My father was staying with me and I knew the boo-​boo on my car would create a spiral of ‘if you moved home, i could drive you around and not worry that you are going to die in a fiery crash’ comments for the next few decades.)
I turn to Unilocal!Mobile and nobody seemed particularly trustworthy. [For some unknown reason V&A wasn’t showing up on my phone that day.] I called a local mechanic and without hesitation they steered me to Victor and Ara. I didn’t even know the name of the shop– the mechanic just sent me.
I called up V&A and they picked up the phone. They were able to sort out my panicky babble and assured me that they could stay open until I was able to drop off the car. Ara was extremely kind, empathetic, and professional during the entire situation. I don’t think I’ve had that experience very many times in my life. Victor and Ara even gave me a ride home! That way I didn’t have to do the 215 with the almost mile walk after a long day of work and nerves.
AAA said six business days, V&A was done in four business days– if you include the half day after AAA approved the repairs.
Fast forward a week– my car is ready for pick-​up. I work all day– then take the 115 to the Green Line (Norwalk) to (Hawthorne and Lennox), go out the wrong way TWO times before finding the correct exit for the 704, walk a mile before I get to the Southbound 215 stop. I’d think it’d be fair to state that I’m an unpleasant person (and possibly smelly) to be near.
Luckily for the rest of humanity, Victor and Ara are so pleasant that I was a happy camper within five minutes of being in their office. They had even washed, vacuumed and wiped down the interior of my car! This is a big deal, because I know I had a bunch of random mulch in the trunk.
A big shout out to Victor and Ara! I’ll come back to you! At least, I know which exit to get out of at Hawthorne and Lennox now :)

My dad has always gone to this place as his #1 car fix. This is my second time coming around and with the help of my dad I’ve realized why he has always returned to this same auto shop every single time. V&A does a tremendous all around job from great customer service to exquisite fixations on cars.

This place gets a 5 all around. I took my brand new 2013 Elantra to this place after someone hit my car in a parking lot. At first I shopped around in Koreatown, Gardena and Lawndale/​Hawthorne.
I went to V & A for a quote and immediately felt that Vick was an honest guy, he didn’t rush me into anything and just politely gave me my quote. Because of this I decided to eventually use this body shop.
Vick and his team are professionals with kind hearts. Not only was my car left just the way I bought it but he waited for me after hours to drop off my car. He took care of scratches that I had previously made without an extra charge and without mentioning it. I was very thankful when I noticed this.
All the other body shops were asking for way more money and were telling me that they would need to cut part of my car to replace the damaged section. I did not feel comfortable with that since I had recently purchased my car.
Vick told me that it could be done by repairing it and I trusted him. I am more than happy and satisfied with their honesty and professional results!

Vick and the rest of the crew at V and A were the epitome of what excellent customer service, and top notch quality work should be.
My Infiniti Coupe was pretty badly smashed up in the front after rear ending someone and after 3 – 5 working days at V and A it looks brand new.
I rarely write reviews but it only seemed fair to give credit where credit it is due. If I ever need more body work on my car I wouldn’t think twice before taking it to V and A.
