There’s something to be said about restaurants that are all about the food and at affordable prices. This is a relaxing«seat yourself and watch some tv while you eat» place, offering up a great selection of Guatemalan dishes. I ordered a pork tamale and as well as a Guatemalan chow mein which were both washed down with a fresh house-made horchata. They were all delicious and the only thing I could have asked for more. is if they were closer so I could go more often.

Excellent food. Like home made, the original guatemalan kitchen, good service and very clean place. I love it! I hope to go back again soon.

It was really tastie!!! Very authentic Guatemalan food. Its hard to just recommend one dish since all of the food has its own identit. Not one thing is the same. I actually found this place by accident, its a little hidden but it was worth the find. Parking is easy but you may miss it if u are just tryibg to look for it. By the way the ladies that work there are very nice and they may able to recommend something

Ive gone 3 times. Giving the place some hope, I don’t like to review places based on first experience, I try to give them the benefit of the doubt. The chicken with cream is good. The service sucks. Me and my cousin ordered we waited for like 10 minutes to tell us that they ran out of meat pupusas? They only had cheese. And they didn’t have tomato sauce? The next time they excluded things from the menu, they didn’t have it available? «Then don’t put it on the menu» *all the times we have gone have been before 2pm. How can you run out of things* the third time was a charm, my husband likes the bread. We got a pupusa it was decent. Service still sucks. Wouldn’t recommend it. Another note: cash only =\

This is the 2nd time I visit and loveee these feeshly made to order just for me pupusas! Curtido is great and their aguas frescas reallyyyy great! The ladies are so nice too! I was little bit lost since im not familiar with the area and called them half a dozen times! Always nice. Pupusas de queso are $ 1.90each and big! Their bread is great and fresh. Small place cash only but so worth my find and trio. They are off 169 th St but you have to turn into the street to see the tiny door and sign. Fyi!

Very good bread! Pollo en crema was delicious! Sauce was well done! Can’t wait to go back. The pan called a quesadilla was sweet and fresh.

First time here and loved every single thing I ate… Had platanos fritos con frijoles And crema, tamal de puerco, pan con chile relleno. Just open recently they are still getting things organized. When we got there it was not busy, but it got busier, people were waiting for tables. Casual eating. They can take your order at table or you can order at counter. Delicious sweet bread too! I will definitely be coming back! :)
