CBMI was established at Hawthorne, CA, in 1994, as a one-​stop shop for all your plumbing, electric and HVAC issues.

CBMI has been at the same location at 5400 W. Rosecrans Ave., Hawthorne, CA 90 250 for the 15+ years since and currently has trained technicians available for ²⁴⁄₇ emergency repairs virtually anywhere in Southern California.
