UTTERLY DISGUSTED!!! Ordered a Greek salad no olives or green peppers extra onion as well as an Italian sub. When it arrived to my dismay and complete disappointed I got a Greek salad with a sparse amount of onion and a whole bunch of green pepper. Oh yeah and that Italian sub, hope you guys didn’t forget about that bad boy, this pathetic attempt of a sub was on a croûton of a roll and had three measly pieces of meat on it. Now mistakes happen, it is not what what drove me to write this review. Like a normal people we called to straighten this situation out, and were greeted with the highest amount of douchebaggery I have ever experienced in first person. The «gentleman» on the phone told me that we could pay for extra meat and get a new sandwich or they will come and pick up the food, and then insisted that he made the food himself and that I was lying. When I continued to object and call attention to his inherently miserable and unprofessional attitude I was told «Listen honey, you can call some place else then» and hung up on. Needless to say I drove my 5’10″ red haired booty down there and got my money back, only to have the same gentleman deny it was him on the phone (up until this point I was a loyal customer I know it was him). Needless to say on principal alone I will never in my lifetime or the next think about patronizing this establishment ever again, and unless you’re happy with sub par food and disrespectful, down right demeaning customer service I recommend you don’t either.

Plenty of parking, nice clean place, nice friendly service … i’ll go back some day.

Came here after receiving coupons in the mail. I was drawn here because of the Pizza Buffet seeing as we don’t have a Cici’s pizza around here. The first thing I noticed was how clean and simple the environment was. The buffet itself is also very reasonably prices at 6.99…Salads were extremely fresh and the dressings were excellent. Pasta dishes were simple and delicious. The Pizza however was the star… just a plain cheese slice was excellent and my Aunt tried the Tuscan White pizza and loved it (she is the pickiest pizza person I have ever met). Then there was the service which was exceptional. Even though it was a buffet the server, her name was Jodie, went above and beyond for everyone, checking on everyone and making sure everything was a-​ok. Compliments to the chef Lou he is also great :)

Fast delivery very friendly service both times .however food was gross both times we ordered … The 2^nd time My steak fries were still frozen even though I asked for them to be over cooked … The burger was soggy. The first time the pizza was undercooked… won’t order again… Won’t waste the money

Pizza & salads are awesome! Always consistent, warm and lots of it. The staff has always been great.

My second time here, first time having the pizza… can you say freakin awesome pizza!

beware. have registered a complaint with groupon. they will only honor groupon from monday thru thursday… not mentioned on groupon. also charged me an additional $ 5 for going over a limit that was not mentioned on the groupin voucher. do not get scammed.

I am not one to write reviews, but the experience here was so terrible that I feel compelled to warn folks not to waste their money. First ever Unilocal review — here goes: We got a Groupon for $ 17 for a three topping pizza, salad, app, and 2 drinks. When i called to use it, i was informed that i would have to pay $ 5 more because «different toppings cost different amounts» (we got pineapple, hots, and ham… nothing extravagant or premium quality). On top of that, we were told that the Groupon doesnt count towards delivery so we would have to come get it. I would be willing to overlook the fact that we just got ripped off for 5 extra bucks and then inconvenienced IF the food was worth it, however the pizza was mediocre at best, the wings were soggy and cold, and the sprite was mostly seltzer water and undrinkable. I love to support new businesses and will always give them the benefit of the doubt, but the overall customer experience was horrendous. Never ordering from here again.

Fantastic pizza place with an owner who has a great track record in this industry. John, the owner has been cooking pizza’s his whole life took over this location which had not been successful for several previous owners.
If you go onto their website they have fantastic coupons, one now is for December and January a large cheese pizza is $ 5.99. You can’t beat this price as it is quality pizza.

My best pizza in Haverhill !!! A sauce is on the sweet side. the pizza is great. Just the right amount of sauce & cheese and no greese !!! The large pizza for $ 5.99 with coupon is a super deal and every time I pick up an order they give me a new set of coupons!
So we have endless coupons and we use them once or twice a week. The buffalo chicken tenders were drenched with sauce — fine with me but not so great for the wife.
They make an excellent veal parm sub.

–1 star for the service — like most pizza joints they young inexperianced staff are polite but can sometimes f-​up your order. The one time they screwed up our order, we called and got free replacements the next time we went in.

Been their four times now the counter person is always nice and place is very clean. The first time I ordered pizza and spicy feies the fries were great the pizza is to sweet for my taste. The last three times where subs and they where good. While waiting for my order I was watching the pizza maker making pizza and watched him take his hat off and wipe the sweat from his head with his hand and continue with the next order without washing his hands.

The pizza tasted great. The service was excellent. There were several employees in the restaurant and everyone of them greeted me and/​or conducted small talk.

We decided to order from here because we got a coupon in the mail for a large cheese pizza only $ 5.99. Awesome deal. I wasn’t in the mood for a pizza, so I saw a veggie sub on the menu and wanted to order a cold one (since most places have this option).
Well, the girl on the phone was very ditzy. I said I wanted to place an order for pick up and the girl said, «oh like a calzone?» What the heck! Then I told her I wanted to order a cold veggie sub with no onion. I heard her ask the boss how to punch it in. She even asked if I wanted mayo or oil. I said none.
When we got there, she gave us the wrong order and I opened it and was like– «Um wheres the sub?»
Finally we got our order and it was a pretty good deal. We got spicey fries which were abundant and also delicious. The pizza was very good as well. Now… for my sub… sigh… It was a HOT veggie sub with no onion. I really was mad cause I had been craving a cold veggie sub.
Well, I called the guy and he offered to give me a free one next time I came in, and I accepted. He explained that the girls were still training. Seriously though, I don’t care– I can’t stand ditziness. It was very careless of her.
After all of this horrific service, I have to say it was the BEST veggie sub I had ever had in my life and I felt bad for even calling to complain. So, all in all if they can hire more capable counter help, this place would definitely be 5 stars.

I stopped by the Tuscan Pizza House, located just south of the NH state line on Route 125. This pizza shop (formerly Perella’s) serves up traditional and specialty Italian style pizza, baked subs, roast beef sandwiches, salads, pasta, chicken, steak tips, and appetizers. The prices here seem fair and there are coupon specials on the printed menu.
I ordered a Large Cheese Pizza for $ 5.99 plus tax with coupon, which was ready to go boxed up «faster than I could shout Unilocal!» The large cheese pizza was topped with a slightly sweet tomato sauce and the right amount of gooey hot melted cheese (some sliding off). The crust was firm and crisp on the outside with a soft and slightly chewy texture inside. I will say that what I received was a very good cheese pizza at a good price with very fast service.
