I am a New Member of the Y and I like it and soon I will be Working With the Wendy Takesian she is the Health & Wellness Director And she went over and above what most Trainers would do to get Me started and I would Highly Recommend this Place and if you Get a chance to work with Wendy you won’t be Disappointed at all

We have had many problems with signing up our child for summer camp and after school care. None of the department heads will call you back, I don’t think they know how to use a phone, It has been such a hassle to just sign up! I really think they need to look at who is in charge and make a change.
Now on the other hand the summer camp is excellent. My child is having a great summer at camp Trickling Falls and the councilors are great.

We’ve had the family membership for the past 6 years with my 3 young kids. The open swim and open gym activities have been great for our kids during the winter.
This winter however on 4 or 5 occasions now classes have been cancelled without prior notification by phone /email or even an updated schedule on the website, program directors do not seem to understand the inconvenience. It continues to happen.
It’s a good facility just be ready to be disappointed from time to time. Do not trust the schedules listed on the website. Call ahead and ask the front desk to double check the schedule.

This is a great facility. The building is set up so that everything has it’s own place and that it’s very easy to navigate once you get one tour.
They have a rock climbing gym, a huge gymnastics center, a pool with great hours for family and individual swim and the rates are affordable. The gym itself is off set from the things that the younger crowd is doing and they offer tons of activities year round for kids and families.
They have surprisingly ample parking and easy access from that to the facility rain or shine.
The staff here is amazing and always willing to offer help and guidance and are super friendly.
One of the best YMCAs I have been to.
