Well, no one likes having to bring their car to the shop and the dealership can be an extra pain because they always seem to take a little longer.
I had to bring my car in because GMC had a recall so I had to get my key worked on. It’s a whole thing. Anyway, I dropped the car off in the morning and they told me it would be a few hours. About an hour after the drop off, I got a call from the dealership. It seems they went nosing around under my hood and found that my belt and brake pads needed to be replaced. Well, how dare they go looking for trouble in some odd effort to keep me safe!
Anyway, they quoted a price and after giving the «go ahead» they told me my car would be ready after lunch. Then the craziest thing happened: my car was ready after lunch! They actually stuck to their word and got the job done in a timely manner. Car issues can be stressful, so it’s nice that Don Bohn made the experience as painless and fast as possible.
