After a minor fender bender, I took my car in for repair. Yesterday, I got it back and I must admit the repairs seem to be of quality work. However, I can’t recommend this business as they took 19 days to complete the minor repairs! Communication was beyond poor. I was initially told repairs should take about three days. After a week, they stopped returning my calls. After much persistence and demanding to speak to a live person, I was finally able to schedule a time to pick up my vehicle. Of course by this time I had incurred 19 days of rental car fees and many inconveniences, including rescheduling a vacation. When I arrived the employees were defensive and at times seemed downright hostile. I highly recommend you use another company.
